IATA: FUK, ICAO: RJFF. An international and domestic airport, fourth busiest passenger airport in Japan. Former United States Air Force Itazuke Air Base (1945-1972).
Although the base was closed, the United States Air Force still uses the airport occasionally (Itazuke Auxiliary Airfield). Their small exclusive use area is located on the west side of the airport.
