The airport is managed by Airports Authority of India. It is named after Gopinath Bordoloi who was a freedom fighter and also the first CM of Assam after independence.

  • There is not a single good restaurant in this airport. Govt owned and operated restaurant is expensive, dark, and enjoy the foul odor.
  • need for better infrastructure...does not look like international...and should be because it is the gateway of north-east..
