  This is the Air port very close to the abandoned Diamond mine in Mirna,Siberia, of former USSR, now called something like CIS 'confederation of independant states' or so I heard! I want someone who knows this place to give a better correct description. This abandoned mine is said to create a strong wind draft that cause wobbling of aircraft passing nearby.
