First Project
Kicking off our Croatian journey, we're excited about our first industrial project in Donje Bistre, located north of Zagreb. This 50,000 m² industrial park is designed to accommodate the diverse needs of light manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce sectors.

This project is just the starting point of our long-term vision in Croatia. Mirroring our successful strategies in other countries, we are committed to sustainability and responsible investing. We're currently building a dedicated team in Croatia and gearing up to launch a new office in Zagreb.
