Air Tour 2024
Air Tour 2024
24/05/2024 – 25/05/2024
Lethbridge, AB, Canada
Details:
The day begins in Lethbridge alongside the YQL Aviation Day Event. Our group will be an exciting addition to their day; all a part of the mission to support and inspire general aviation throughout Alberta! YQL Aviation Day — YQL Lethbridge Airport
We will begin our day with a hot breakfast compliments of David Van Galen, owner of the local IHop and Southern Aero Aviation. Lethbridge tourism will meet us at breakfast to present swag bags and tell us a bit about what Lethbridge has to offer. After breakfast we will stay to meet the locals and enjoy the event until noon. There will be sessions with speakers and industry booths to visit during our stay.
We then begin departing for our second destination, High River.
For those flying in the night before, I have two different hotel discount codes you can use; these hotels are close together making it easier to arrange a shuttle to take everyone to the airport in time for breakfast. Please note that booking through Expedia, Trivago or another third party may give you even better rates while they have spots available.
As we’ve done before, for those flying in Friday we will meet for supper near the suggested hotels.
We will be visiting two airports instead of the usual 3 on this Alberta Air Tour because of the events at YQL Aviation Day.
Please reply if you wish to be removed from this mailing list.
Hope to see you all there!
