Great location near AlCampos where you can eat and choose variety of restaurants, shopping center and more things to do. Staffs are great, very helpful and accommodating. The only downside is the AC, it’s very hot when we arrived specially in the afternoon, it shard to stay in the room, wer profusely sweating and it’s sad there’s no AC, they told us that it’s centalized and it will only be turned on end of May, they advised to open the window at night but there’s mosquitoes my son had multiple bites.

When you arrive in the lobby it immediately feels like a nice hotel with art and lighting that is individual rather that a classic faceless hotel lobby. Receptionist was fun and spoke excellent English as well as Spanish. Food beer and wine available at the Grape lounge and we had some Tapas and ribs with wine. Breakfast was easy and served from an early hour allowing us to return the hire car and get to the airport on time.

Comfy stay, simple but have everything you would need for enjoyable stay. Great breakfast and tasty coffee in very reasonable price. Staffs were friendly and supportive. The hotel located just minutes walk from the huge outlet mall.

The hotel is almost just ok. The well known concept with small rooms is acceptable for many travelers. But this hotel had no heating and it was quite cold. On top, there was no running water in the morning because of a technical issue. Could happen anywhere, but you would expect them to address this matter urgently.
