Mohamad *Politeknik Mersing, Johor, [email protected] Category: Technologies in Learning Abstract: The ability to write original abstracts is essential for producing innovative publications in all areas of education. When it comes to copyright infringement, especially for subject-matter experts, circumvention is crucial. The difficulty in producing innovative abstracts is made worse by the lack of necessary knowledge, exposure, and experience. This study will examine a key component of innovation abstract writing that comes before an article. The following objectives are to assess the barriers to innovation development in terms of high impact value, product sustainability, and zero circumvention. This comparison will focus on the elements of the innovation abstract and the research abstract for novice authors. This innovation identifies the obstacles to innovation development towards high impact value, product sustainability, and zero circumvention through the implementation of Agile software development processes. The approach of abstract writing using Curation Mind Mapping (CUMAPP) has been combined with the deployment of the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) notion via KelasLive and YouTube platforms to produce innovation and research abstracts from the idea stage to genuinely existing. One hundred and ten people participated in the “Cam Inilah Nak Tulis Artikel” (CINTA) webinar in July 2020, which was held for Malaysian Polytechnic and Community Colleges (PolyCC) during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the findings, innovation abstract writing is relevant with a thorough understanding of the writing's components, including the writing's presentation of the problem, objectives, theories, methods, cost of research, and potential for commercialisation. Agile can be used to help teams respond to change more effectively. In order to increase the impact of their writing and publication success, it would be impressive if writers in the future suggested product collaborators and an enrichment programme for product sustainability in a full innovation piece.

Sharif *German-Malaysian Institute, [email protected] Category: Adult, Community, and Professional Learning Abstract: This study examines the influence of years of work experience on the competency assessment of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) instructors. The global growth of TVET is a notable trend. To assess the technical competency of TVET instructors, the Curriculum Development Based on Ability Structure (CUDBAS) ability map assessment method was applied. Experienced TVET instructors play a crucial role in TVET training delivery and development, making competency assessment essential for training needs analysis (TNA). This study focuses on TNA using the CUDBAS ability map assessment and cascade neural network (CNN) techniques to analyse TVET instructor competency scores. Data was collected from the competency assessment results conducted at Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP) Jitra, Kedah, Malaysia. The study observed the impact of years of work experience on the ability map assessment for TVET instructors from automotive technology certification courses. The mean and standard deviation values of the ability map assessment scores were calculated. The results revealed that the combined approach of the CUDBAS ability map-CNN effectively identified the influence of years of work experience on the ability map, indicating a significant impact on the ability map scores of up to 6%.

The standard has been mapped to the Roadmap 2015- 2025. Reaching towards the end of the roadmap, some students still have not achieved the proposed band. This can be observed when students are not able to use appropriate and accurate vocabulary when delivering the intended meaning. A game named AdjeCEFR was developed to facilitate students in expanding their vocabulary size in reference to CEFR from the A1 level to the C2 level. AdjeCEFR is a name for the combination of the parts of speech: Adjective and CEFR. AdjeCEFR is a word game primarily designed to help students build their vocabulary, focusing on adjectives. Apart from that, it is aimed towards fun learning where the students can compete among their friends in a word game. No word game has been specifically designed to address the importance and use of CEFR. This word game can be played in both leisure and academic settings. It has the potential to be used in educational institutions or at home. In the future, AdjeCEFR may be digitalised into an online game.

Pembelajaran bahasa asing, yang dianggap sukar, memerlukan tahap fokus dan komitmen yang tinggi daripada pelajar. Pelajar di peringkat asas bahasa Arab sering menghadapi kesukaran menyambung huruf tunggal bagi membentuk perkataan. Mereka juga sering lupa kosa kata dan ungkapan yang dipelajari. Latih tubi yang diadakan dalam bentuk permainan akan menjadikan pembelajaran lebih berkesan. Oleh itu, inovasi bahan berasaskan permainan perlu diperbanyak dalam kalangan generasi sekarang lebih-lebih lagi kerana mereka sering terdedah kepada permainan digital dan kurang fokus terhadap pembelajaran. Sehubungan itu, Inovasi Permainan Birkah menjadi bahan pembelajaran yang menarik untuk diperkenalkan kepada pelajar tahap awal pembelajaran bahasa Arab bagi membolehkan pelajar menyambung huruf, serta membentuk perkataan dan ungkapan mudah. Permainan ini menggunakan papan permainan (board game) dan memerlukan kemahiran tangan, kecepatan mata, tumpuan serta strategi untuk melengkapkan cabaran dan persaingan dalam tempoh tertentu bagi memperoleh ganjaran dan memenangi pertandingan. Unsur keseronokan dan persaingan dalam permainan ini menjadikan pembelajaran lebih menarik dan efektif.

Walau bagaimanapun, dapatan kajian-kajian lepas menunjukkan perlaksanaan aktiviti pbd guruguru masih kurang memuaskan. Oleh itu, menjadi satu keperluan untuk menentukan kompetensi guru dalam PBD sejak di institusi latihan perguruan (ILP) lagi. Untuk mengetahui tahap kompetensi guru pelatih dalam PBD, perlunya satu instrumen yang sesuai dan memiliki ciri-ciri psikometrik yang baik. Walaupun terdapat instrumen berkaitan PBD di pasaran, namun aspek kompetensi pentaksiran kurang disentuh selain hanya menumpukan kepada guru dalam perkhidmatan. Keadaan ini menunjukkan terdapat keperluan membina satu instrumen dengan ciri-ciri psikometrik yang baik untuk digunakan dalam menaksir tahap kompetensi guru pelatih dalam aspek PBD. Instrumen kompetensi guru pelatih dalam PBD merupakan instrumen berbentuk penilaian kendiri yang terdiri daripada tiga domain iaitu pengetahuan tentang PBD, kemahiran untuk melaksanakan PBD, dan sikap terhadap PBD. Instrumen ini mengandungi 70 item berskala jenis Likert 5 mata dan telah dibuktikan memiliki ciri-ciri psikometrik yang baik. Sehubungan itu, instrumen ini dapat digunakan dalam mengukur tahap kompetensi guru pelatih dalam PBD.

Prof. Dr. Azizul Yadi bin Yaakop* *Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, [email protected] Category: Technologies in Learning Abstract: Apresiasi Laut dan Warisan Alam (MPU3312A) is a UMT compulsory university core course monitored and assessed by student mentors. In this course, students (referred to as ‘mentees’) are expected to attend CITRA programmes (extra co- curricular activities) organised by the university or other organisations recognised by the university. The mentors are expected to monitor and assess the attendance, presentations and reports done by individual mentees. The conventional monitoring and assessment of CITRA programmes have been troublesome, paperbased, and time- consuming. Mentors were not provided with any standard procedures to monitor and assess their mentees, plus the paper- based assessments were tedious. This innovative mentor guide has simplified the tasks mentors have to carry out because it is userfriendly, socmed-enabled, and employs paperless assessment. The objectives of this innovation are to guide mentors towards best practices in monitoring mentees’ participation in CITRA programmes. In general, this innovation facilitates the production of digitally literate graduates for the future. The invention is now copyrighted and ready to be employed by all mentors across all academic programmes in the university.

Kerangka ini dibina dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes yang melibatkan tujuh subjek kajian secara teknik pensampelan bertujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data merangkumi teknik temu bual, analisis dokumen, dan pemerhatian. Lokasi kajian adalah di pusat perlindungan wanita. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa aspek psikologi remaja yang diperlukan adalah kasih sayang, keseronokan, kebebasan, dan kelangsungan hidup. Dari segi aplikasi terapi realiti, enam orang peserta kajian mengakui bahawa proses kaunseling berdasarkan prosedur WDEP sangat membantu diri mereka. Kesannya, mereka bersedia untuk merancang kehidupan baharu pada masa akan datang. Peserta kajian bersetuju sesi kaunseling berasaskan terapi realiti dapat membantu mereka ke arah perubahan tingkah laku yang lebih baik. Hubung kait antara setiap persoalan kajian telah membentuk satu kerangka konsep bagi pendekatan terapi realiti agar dapat membantu remaja wanita yang terlibat dengan salah laku seksual.

ABM menyumbang ke arah memastikan suasana PdP yang interaktif, kreatif dan kritis. Inovasi ini memfokuskan pengintegrasian elemen Quranik, ensiklopedik dan ijtihadik (QEI) dalam subjek Pendidikan Islam, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Arab. Quranik merujuk kepada menjadikan al-Quran sebagai sumber rujukan utama terhadap pengetahuan dalam membentuk hati serta membina personaliti dan karakter yang positif sebagai amalan kehidupan. Ensiklopedik pula dilihat kepada kemahiran komunikasi dalam berbahasa dan kepelbagaian disiplin ilmu. Ijtihadik ialah keupayaan yang dapat menyumbang idea, pemikiran kreatif, membuat penyelesaian masalah dan inovasi dalam teknologi terkini. Melalui peta permainan QEI ini, pelajar diterapkan secara menyeluruh dalam kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi, kemahiran berkomunikasi, dan pemikiran kreatif dan inovatif. Oleh itu, objektif inovasi peta permainan QEI ini adalah sebagai ABM bagi a) mengenal pasti pengetahuan sedia ada pelajar berkaitan QEI, b) memberikan pendedahan terminologi baharu kepada pelajar, c) memberikan pengukuhan tatabahasa kepada pelajar, dan d) mendedahkan pelajar kepada konsep penyelesaian masalah. Konsep yang diketengahkan dalam inovasi peta permainan QEI sebagai ABM dalam aktiviti PdP merupakan salah satu kaedah yang dapat merangsang penglibatan aktif pelajar melalui tahap pengetahuan sedia ada, meneroka pengunaan bahasa, dan mengembangkan teknik berfikir. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan peta permainan QEI ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan pemahaman pelajar dalam subjek yang dipelajari semasa aktiviti PdP berlangsung.

Diana binti Jumadi *Fakulti Bahasa dan Komunikasi, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, [email protected] Category: Innovative Product Abstrak: Sejajar dengan Dasar Memartabatkan Bahasa Melayu dan Memperkasakan Bahasa Inggeris (MBMMBI), pembinaan kemahiran komunikasi dalam kalangan pelajar antarabangsa di Malaysia juga perlu diberi perhatian. Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) turut tidak ketinggalan dalam menyahut seruan ini. Pelaksanaan kursus asas komunikasi bahasa Melayu untuk pelajar antarabangsa dilihat mampu membentuk kemahiran berbahasa Melayu dalam kalangan mereka. Walau bagaimanapun, masih wujud situasi pelajar antarabangsa yang tidak mampu memahami dan menguasai pembelajaran bahasa Melayu, meskipun mempunyai perbendaharaan kata yang mencukupi. Hal ini menjustifikasikan bahawa mereka perlu diberikan pendedahan untuk membentuk kemahiran berbahasa Melayu secara progresif. Oleh itu, permainan bahasa Tick@Log dibina untuk memastikan kemahiran berbahasa Melayu dalam kalangan pelajar antarabangsa di UPSI dapat ditingkatkan. Permainan bahasa Tick@Log dibina menggunakan pendekatan adaptasi model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate) yang meliputi lima fasa, iaitu analisis, reka bentuk, pembangunan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Pembinaan permainan bahasa Tick@Log ini memberikan manfaat dalam aspek pembinaan kemahiran berbahasa yang meliputi kemahiran bertutur, kemahiran mendengar, kemahiran membaca dan kemahiran menulis. Kemahiran berbahasa dilihat sebagai aspek penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Melayu bagi pelajar antarabangsa di UPSI. Kelebihan yang terdapat pada permainan bahasa Tick@Log ini ialah pembelajaran bahasa dapat dijalankan secara kreatif dan menyeronokkan, di samping dapat menarik minat pelajar antarabangsa untuk mempelajari bahasa Melayu. Permainan bahasa Tick@Log ini juga dapat mewujudkan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih efisien dan kondusif bergantung kepada situasi pelajar. Aktiviti pembelajaran permainan bahasa Tick@Log yang bersifat interaktif serta kebolehgunaan yang meluas dapat memberikan manfaat kepada semua peserta yang bermain permainan ini. Sehubungan itu, permainan bahasa Tick@Log diharapkan dapat membina kemahiran berbahasa Melayu dalam kalangan pelajar antarabangsa di UPSI ke arah pembangunan negara yang sejahtera dan holistik.

Hal ini demikian kerana kata kerja dalam bahasa-bahasa ini mempunyai morfem akhiran dan perlu diubah berdasarkan subjek atau pelaku serta kala (masa). Kekeliruan ini menyebabkan kesilapan kerap berlaku dan tidak dapat dielakkan. Pelbagai kaedah, pendekatan serta strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh tenaga pengajar namun kesilapan melibatkan konjugasi kata kerja masih berlaku. Gamifikasi merupakan salah satu kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berupaya memotivasikan pelajar dalam menguasai konjugasi kata kerja dalam bahasa asing. Dengan menerapkan elemen permainan dalam pembelajaran bahasa, pelajar cenderung menjadi lebih bermotivasi untuk mengambil bahagian secara aktif dan terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan itu, kajian ini akan membangunkan sebuah kit permainan yang dinamakan Konjugar Amiuzon yang menggabungkan permainan tradisional (dam) dan moden (kad) serta diintergrasikan dengan teknologi terkini, iaitu penggunaan kod QR sebagai klu dalam permainan. Fokus permainan ini ialah konjugasi kata kerja dan membantu pelajar membina ayat menggunakan kata kerja dengan betul, tepat dan gramatis. Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji sejauh mana kit permainan ini boleh meningkatkan interaksi pelajar di dalam kelas, mengurangkan sikap negatif terhadap bahasa asing dan seterusnya mewujudkan persekitaran pembelajaran yang menyeronokkan. Melalui penglibatan pelajar dalam permainan ini, tenaga pengajar boleh membuat penilaian sejauh mana tahap kemahiran pelajar terhadap konjugasi kata kerja yang mereka pelajari dalam pembelajaran bahasa Eropah, khususnya pelajar bahasa Perancis, Sepanyol dan Jerman. Kajian ini akan melibatkan tiga kelas bahasa Eropah, iaitu seramai 75 orang pelajar yang akan menjadi sampel dalam menggunakan kit permainan ini. Instrumen yang akan digunakan selain daripada kit permainan ialah satu set soal selidik, protokol temu bual serta senarai semak pemerhatian. Triangulasi akan dijalankan untuk membandingkan set data daripada kedua-dua kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan data empirikal, hasil kajian yang paling ketara ialah kit permainan Konjugar Amiuzon. Impak utama kajian adalah terhadap kurikulum pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa asing terutama bahasa Eropah yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif dalam menghasilkan graduan yang berdaya saing di peringkat global.

Pioneering a proactive strategy, an inclusive e- book featuring flood disaster training modules emerges as a potent tool to enhance resilience. Forged through dynamic, collaborative workshops that united volunteers from NGOs and governmental bodies, the e-book focuses on six pivotal clusters: health, food safety, wash (water, sanitation, and hygiene), shelter, communication, and logistics. In a pilot training involving 20 committed volunteers active in flood relief efforts, a unanimous agreement emerged regarding the e-book's substantial benefits, encompassing knowledge enhancement, goal attainment, and meeting expectations. Participants expressed enthusiasm to endorse and share the e-book within their communities, highlighting its potential impact. While the current curriculum serves as an introductory resource for community preparedness, future plans involve its extension to intermediate and advanced levels. Embracing the flood disaster training e-book offers numerous merits for Malaysia, including tailored content, linguistic accessibility, outreach to remote areas, multimedia integration, self-paced learning, costeffectiveness, progress tracking, and collaborative learning opportunities. By leveraging these strengths, Malaysia can reinforce its flood preparedness endeavours, equipping individuals and communities to navigate recurring challenges adeptly. The key lies in expanding and refining the flood disaster training e-book, empowering Malaysians with the essential knowledge and skills for effective flood response, mitigation, and recovery. Through this innovative e-book approach, Malaysia can nurture a resilient society capable of confronting and mitigating the impacts of flood disasters.

Oleh itu, satu inovasi berbentuk alatan telah dicipta, iaitu Kit OSEM. OSEM ialah singkatan kepada Organisasi Selesa Emosi Mantap dan telah dibina berdasarkan model PERMA oleh Seligman. Inovasi ini bertujuan membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologi warga sekolah yang telah dikenal pasti mencatat skor Organisasi Menyelesakan lima terendah di semua daerah di negeri A. Kit OSEM ini terdiri daripada lima alatan yang digunakan dalam lima aktiviti dan dibina berdasarkan lima faktor dalam model PERMA iaitu positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning and purpose dan accomplishment. Panduan pelaksanaan aktiviti menggunakan alatan ada disediakan dalam kit ini. Kajian rintis (Jelajah 1) telah dilaksanakan di daerah A melibatkan seramai 100 orang responden. Siri Jelajah 2 diteruskan lagi di daerah B dengan melibatkan 154 orang responden. Dapatan kuantitatif yang mengukur aspek fasilitator dan aktiviti menunjukkan peningkatan skor yang ketara bagi siri Jelajah 1 dan 2. Semua item menunjukkan peningkatan skor mencapai lebih 90%. Manakala dapatan kualitatif menunjukkan lebih 80% responden memberikan respon positif di bahagian maklum balas peserta. Secara keseluruhan, Kit OSEM didapati memberikan impak dalam membantu pelaksanaan intervensi warga pendidikan dari aspek kesejahteraan psikologi.

Prof. Dr. Soo Wincci, andrialis Abdul Rahman *Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia, [email protected] Category: Technologies in Learning Abstract: According to the Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation, Datuk Seri Dr. Adham Baba, the percentage of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) students must increase to 60% to ensure the country has an adequate supply of talent pool. Citing the Education Ministry 2020 annual report, the Science, Technology and Innovation Minister said the percentage of students in STEM was 47.18%, with 20.51% involving pure science, while the remaining 26.67% was for technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Kidcadtech is a series of hands-on teaching and learning kits for STEM subjects. The kits are to solve the problem among teachers and students. The negative reactions in the high school STEM subject, Reka Bentuk Teknologi (RBT), are pretty common, particularly for Form 1 and 2. The failing grades among the RBT students yearly is a factual statistic. The teachers and students have stated that they do not have suitable teaching aids for many topics in the RBT subjects. This issue is monumental. If we do not address these complaints, we will see further downgrades of our GDP in the coming years since research has concluded that 70% of GDP has been primarily attributed to the STEM workforce. Kidcadtech is a STEM-based product in education. Kidcadtech is to assist teachers by making teaching easier by designing technology subjects. Students can also use these teaching aid materials on their own. Kidcadtech’s series of products consists of a kit in a box with a unique self- assembly/construction to aid in teaching specific subjects. The subjects include robotics, electronic aquaponic, mechanical, and others. Kidcadtech also uses augmented reality to engage and assist with understanding the topics.

However, a more in-depth consideration of design intervention and protocol analysis is essential when evaluating the effectiveness of designs in the context of pedagogical learning. Design intervention represents a materially innovative approach explicitly geared towards exploring contemporary insights and advancing towards practical solutions. This study delves into the realms of design evaluation and design intervention, offering diverse perspectives on the product design process and its development within the context of clinical- based rehabilitation solutions. Our methodology revolves around protocol- based design assessment and evaluation, encompassing prototyping, remodelling, and reverse-engineering. Within this framework, design interventions are rigorously evaluated through experimental, exploratory, and open-ended approaches within clinical settings. To illustrate this approach, we present a case study involving the development of a post-stroke exercise device known as striver, which serves as the central focus of a comprehensive design evaluation cycle. The observations and protocol analyses presented in this study transcend various design challenges encountered in healthcare. Our research bridges the existing gap between conventional design evaluation practices and design intervention methodologies, particularly in the context of post-medical treatment and rehabilitation, both in clinical and nonclinical settings. Our objective is to underscore the significance of integrating design intervention into protocol analysis before adopting a new design evaluation framework tailored for personalised product development in the post-medical treatment and rehabilitation sector. To solve this problem, product variation is introduced by looking into users’ performance requirements based on their lifestyle: Functional, Attractive, and Stylish Top (F.A.S.T). A design thinking model, AEIOU, is used to analyse the users’ needs and market potential to address SDG12. The Outeristic Garment is a series of products that constitutes transformative, foldability, and compatibility features. The material used is nylon fabric, upcycled from a windbreaker, hammock, tent, or bag. The FEA model is used to determine the final features of the product as an alternative capsule wardrobe that can be used throughout the year. This fashion is a solution of outer mix and match with clothing worn as an alternative outfit, at the same time durable to be worn for outdoor activities and fashionable daily wear.

Banana soft pith actually has a number of medical benefits, including hepatoprotective, anti- hyperglycaemic, and anti-urolithic characteristics. Given the absence of nutritional value in the vast array of commercially accessible meals, BSP has been added as a new ingredient in the production of bread and confections. It was also asserted that including banana soft pith as one of the ingredients could improve consumers' nutritional condition. In addition, Malaysia depends largely on imported goods for foods high in fibre, such as legumes, oats, apples, and others. Food security challenges, such as rising food prices and rising consumer demands, have recently become a global problem. As a result, harnessing local resources to their greatest potential can assist the nation’s and its people's financial situation. This project introduces a product, “STEMina”, a high- fibre chocolate cookie that uses banana soft pith as an alternative fibre for its ingredients. The BSP is harvested from a nearby farm. STEMina’s ingredients include wheat, eggs, butter, sugar, and chocolate chips, in addition to BSP. Ultimately, the product advocated here may guarantee that customers delight in the sweet flavour of cookies while tasting a novel BSP flavour.

This abstract describes a visionary initiative to use Islamic social finance mechanisms like waqf, zakat, infaq, and donations, as well as local authorities' administrative capabilities to improve selected communities by adopting solar energy solutions. The multifaceted Collaborative Management of Solar Islamic Renewable Communities (SIRC) project addresses the global demand for renewable energy and the need to empower disadvantaged communities. This initiative uses Islamic finance principles to finance solar energy projects in these communities using waqf, zakat, infaq, and donation funds. SIRC, a dedicated entity that manages and implements solar energy projects, and community-level authorities with change authority are crucial to the project’s success. SIRC facilitates the installation of solar panels, the development of solar- powered infrastructure, and community training using Islamic social finance mechanisms. This partnership relies on local governments for regulatory frameworks, infrastructure, and logistics. Their participation ensures solar energy projects' longterm viability and community integration. Collaboration has a big impact. It reduces communities' reliance on fossil fuels, thus reducing environmental impact, and promotes socioeconomic development by creating jobs and lowering energy costs. It also follows Islamic finance principles of charity, community welfare, and environmental stewardship. In conclusion, the Collaborative Management of SIRC and Local Authorities Utilising Waqf, Zakat, Infaq, and Donation Funds to Improve the Quality of Life in Selected Communities through Solar Energy is a groundbreaking initiative that promotes collective action, environmental responsibility, and social justice. Mungkinkah kerana mereka terpaksa menghafal tarikh, tempat, acara, dan nama pelbagai tokoh? Namun, adakah hal ini benar? Bagaimana dengan strategi dan kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP)? PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) merupakan satu metodologi yang digunakan oleh pensyarah kursus Sejarah Malaysia: Melaka Hingga Negeri-Negeri Melayu Baharu sebagai satu sistem peningkatan kualiti berterusan. Plan (Rancang) – Pensyarah menentukan hasil pembelajaran kursus (CLO) dan menghasilkan modul berkaitan kursus berkenaan serta aktiviti pembelajaran yang perlu diikuti dan penaksiran yang dijalankan. Do (Buat) – Pensyarah perlu melaksanakan perancangan pengajaran berdasarkan pro forma dan pelajar bertanggungjawab melaksanakan pembelajaran Continuous Assessment secara berkumpulan dan individu berdasarkan arahan tugasan pelajar serta menduduki Final Assessment. Check (Semak) – pensyarah perlu memeriksa jawapan dan mengadakan perkhidmatan bimbingan dan pemulihan. Act (Bertindak) – pensyarah membuat penilaian keberkesanan pengajaran. Selaras dengan perkembangan sistem pendidikan di Malaysia, PdP Sejarah yang berbentuk konvensional sebelumnya mengalami proses perubahan. Blended Learning (Pembelajaran Teradun) menjadikan PdP lebih menarik dan menyeronokkan dengan gabung jalin antara Conventional Learning dan IT- based Learning. MyGuru, sebagai sebuah platform bagi pembelajaran elektronik (e-learning), menawarkan pelbagai set alatan dan fungsi bagi proses PdP. Pensyarah boleh mencipta dan memuat naik sumber PdP serta menghebahkan aktiviti untuk dicapai oleh pelajar, dalam masa yang sama, mengesan dan memantau perkembangan pembelajaran pelajar. Portal bagi pensyarah dan pelajar boleh memberi dan menghebahkan berita terkini, komunikasi forum dan chat (ruang sembang). Strategi dan kaedah berbeza mempunyai ciri kreatif dan inovatif yang mementingkan penglibatan aktif dan pembinaan kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi dalam kalangan pelajar. Perkara ini amat diperlukan bagi membina modal insan dalam pelbagai bidang secara amnya dan sejarah secara khasnya. Jelasnya, dalam PdP Sejarah, perlu ada penggabungjalinan antara kawalan kualiti secara berterusan (berpusatkan pensyarah) dan kepuasan pelajar melalui pelbagai aktiviti yang dijalankan secara bersemuka dan maya (berpusatkan pelajar), dan MyGuru adalah sebagai sistem pengurusan pembelajaran rasmi UPSI.


28 | E-Proceeding of The International Education Innovation Expo 2023 (Edu@Innovate 2023), 8- 9 November 2023 Fostering English Proficiency: Innovative Assessments in Open Distance Learning Arathai Din Eak*, Mr Ooi Li Hsien, Dr. Tan Saw Fen *Wawasan Open University, [email protected] Category: Assessment and Evaluation Abstract: This innovation explores the use of innovative assessments to support English language learning in an open and distance learning (ODL) context. The study investigates how alternative assessment methods like creating a digital portfolio, conducting interviews, doing online presentations, engaging in online forum discussions, and completing other digital assignments can enhance students' language proficiency and revision processes. The study further examines how these alternative assessments can improve language skills among English language students in an ODL context. Twenty students, with a mixture of both regular entry and Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL.A) entry students, were recruited to ensure diverse representation to provide evidence of the effectiveness of the alternative assessment approaches. Data were collected through interviews and open-ended questionnaires, employing a qualitative case study methodology. The results of this study revealed that students overwhelmingly prefer alternative assessments over traditional exam-based assessments. Alternative assessments were found to significantly enhance their language skills, namely, writing, reading, speaking, and listening. This study provided valuable insights into the field of ODL by demonstrating the effectiveness of alternative assessments in fostering language proficiency, particularly in English language teaching. The findings underscore the importance of integrating multimodal assessment approaches to effectively evaluate the language proficiency of English language students. The findings hold practical implications for both educators and instructional designers at ODL institutions, as they provide an understanding of how innovative assessments can impact learning outcomes. This would empower educators to adapt these strategies to better cater to their students' needs and preferences, ultimately enhancing the overall learning experience in an ODL setting.

This product was designed to increase potential candidate awareness of the professional accountancy programme, which leads to an increase in the number of applicants and enrolment to the university. Previously, E-TACC-TOE was a physical board game used during promotional events to capture candidates’ attention, but due to the limitation of face-toface promotion during COVID-19, the product was enhanced to suit online promotion events. Both projects were a success, with their objectives met. Hence, the aim for this product in the long run is to be developed into a phone application for ease of promotional events.

Set permainan pendidikan ini menjadi satu media interaktif berbanding permainan pendidikan mengikut kaedah pendidikan konvensional. Visualiti permasalahan sebenar menjadi kelebihan utama dalam media permainan bahasa yang dipaparkan pada kad bergambar. Ota'ke diambil daripada bahasa Korea, ”eotteohge”, yang bermaksud ”Bagaimana”. Seiring dengan maksud permainan ini, pelajar akan didedahkan dengan konsep permainan bahasa yang memperkenalkan budaya masyarakat setempat Jepun. Corak permainan ini membawa masyarakat terutamanya pelajar Malaysia mengembara mengenali gaya hidup masyarakat Jepun dari segi perayaan, makanan, permainan rakyat, dan barangan asas mengikut musim. Inovasi permainan bahasa ini bertujuan mengupayakan pelajar dalam menghafal atau melancarkan sebutan, dan dalam masa yang sama, dapat memahami budaya masyarakat Jepun pada musim panas. Teknik permainan mudah yang berkonsepkan lihat, cam, dan sebut kosa kata yang mewakili gambar diharap dapat membimbing pemain untuk belajar secara aktif di samping memperkaya pengetahuan. Strategi bermain yang diatur akan membolehkan mereka memperoleh cebisan Puzzle yang akan seterusnya memenangi permainan (Booken). Pendekatan secara Hipokampus telah digunakan dalam inovasi ini. Pengembaraan permainan berunsurkan pendidikan ini diharap berupaya membantu pelajar memahami, mengecam, mengingat, dan menyebut kosa kata mudah bahasa Jepun dengan lancar menerusi gambar yang dilihat.

These types of students often have difficulties visualising vectors, especially for three-dimensional (3D) figures, and are unable to produce the correct questions. Thus, they could not solve those given problems. The Blended Magic-Table tool has been developed, which students can use to solve problems. This tool consists of three elements, which are (1) Magic Free-Body Diagram, (2) Magic Axis, and (3) Magic Table. The magic free-body diagram technique is where the students need to start by drawing a free-body diagram that follows a certain given pattern and steps. Once the free-body diagram is drawn, the magic axis is used by placing it at the right point on the free-body diagram. By doing this, the directions x, y, and z would be identified and will be filled up inside the magic table. The values in the magic table will then be used to come up with six equations. These equations can then be used to solve the given problem.

Bhd., [email protected] Category: Pedagogy and Curriculum Abstrak: Kemahiran bertutur adalah salah satu indikator penting terhadap penguasaan mana-mana bahasa termasuk bahasa Arab. Kebanyakan buku-buku yang ada banyak menumpukan kemahiran membaca dan menulis. Berlainan dengan buku At-Taisir fil-Arabiyyah, buku ini menyediakan lagu dan permainan komunikatif untuk membentuk kemahiran bertutur. Ajibade dan Ndububa (2008), Baoan (2008), Contreras dan Flores (2010), dan Li (2009) mengatakan bahawa pembelajaran bahasa kedua atau bahasa asing yang menggunakan lagu dapat meningkatkan kelancaran di samping motivasi, ingatan, dan kefahaman. Menurut Green pula (Nelson dan Son, 1986), irama yang terdapat pada seni kata lagu dapat membantu perkembangan kelancaran berbahasa, sementara kata-kata berirama membantu kanak-kanak untuk fokus kepada pengucapan dan sebutan yang betul. Permainan pula menggalakkan pelajar untuk berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi serta mewujudkan konteks bermakna untuk penggunaan bahasa (Lee Su Kim 'Forum' Vol. 33 No 1, Januari - Mac 1995, ms 35). Hal ini menjadi alasan yang munasabah untuk bertutur walaupun kepada anak-anak yang enggan (Lewis, 1999). | 35 E-Proceeding of The International Education Innovation Expo 2023 (Edu@Innovate 2023), 8- 9 November 2023 Mobile-based Survey & Analytic Tool for Positive School Attribute (PositiveSAT) Assessment Dr. Thien Lei Mee*, Mr. Eric Loo Chin Keong, Dr. Lim Chia Yean, Dr. Ang Sau Loong *Universiti Sains Malaysia, [email protected] Category: Educational Organisation and Leadership Abstract: This innovation project aims to provide a mobile-based survey and analytic tool for Positive School Attributes (PostiveSat) assessment. The positive school attributes are the empirical outputs from the Malaysia Fundamental Research Grant Scheme in 2022 and have also been theoretically published. There are eight (8) domains of reliable and validated positive school attributes: (1) positive emotion, (2) positive engagement, (3) positive relationship, (4) positive meaning, (5) positive accomplishment, (6) spirituality, (7) positive leadership, and (8) positive environment. These eight domains of positive school attributes will be assessed via an easy-to- use Likertscale questionnaire tool designed to measure teachers’ input for the computation of a positive school index at the individual teachers’ level. The mobile-based application also has a dashboard tool which analyses and visualises categorical and overall teachers' positive school index holistically based on descriptive and predictive analytical models. The benefit of the invention is that it is a time-saving application in which individual teachers can self-evaluate their positive school index easily and instantly based on the questionnaire results and past survey diaries. At the same time, school stakeholders can study different perspectives of teachers’ positive index levels to make necessary decisions regarding the school’s positive management by using the dashboard’s dynamic analytical output. To date, we have collected a set of 928 survey data, with each scale showing excellent internal consistency. It shows the tool is valid for the survey. The survey data will be displayed through an analytical dashboard for various interpretations and predictions. The positive school attributes context could be expanded and applied to other entities in the future, such as business organisations, service provider entities, and even families, to measure the positive school (entity) index.

Selain itu, instrumen tersebut digunakan untuk pembangunan, perkembangan dan intervensi individu atau program. Pentadbiran i2PK boleh dilaksanakan secara kelompok besar atau secara individu. Sesi pentafsiran i2PK pula biasanya dibuat menggunakan kaedah ceramah melalui slaid yang telah disediakan BPsK. Manakala sesi individu dilaksanakan secara bimbingan individu. Namun, hasil respon kaunselor memaklumkan mereka mengalami kesukaran memberikan kefahaman kepada klien tentang personaliti dominan berdasarkan domain dan subdomain dalam i2PK atas faktor kepelbagaian disiplin ilmu klien. Oleh itu, inovasi Kad Sembang i2PK yang lebih praktikal, inklusif, mobil dan ringkas telah dibina untuk memudahkan kaunselor memberikan penerangan dan pemahaman kepada klien. Limitasi inovasi ini adalah untuk sesi bimbingan individu dengan mengambil kira faktor pentafsiran personaliti yang lebih bersifat tertutup. Respon kaunselor yang menggunakan Kad Sembang i2PK ini adalah sangat positif kerana berjaya menyelesaikan isu dan berlaku peningkatan kefahaman klien terhadap personaliti mereka.

Bhd., [email protected] Category: Pedagogy and Curriculum Abstract: Holistic English is a web interactive and traditional-based textbook for primary class students for whom English is a second language. Most English textbooks nowadays are written solely from Western perspectives, promoting Western secular humanistic philosophies that may contradict the Islamic way of life. The innovation in this book is that the philosophy for the textbook is inspired by Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (IRKH), i.e., the Quran, Authentic Hadith, works of Classic Muslim Scholars, and Islamisation of Knowledge (IOK) scholars. Following this, the body of secular knowledge has also been studied to further understand the subject to be taught with its core competencies. Holistic English states that the purpose of studying a language should be to learn and convey the Truth in the most befitting manner, which is recoined as “Islamic Healthy Habits”. Therefore, the Holistic English textbooks ensure students become aware of the role of language in conducting their duties as A’bid, Khalifah, and A’mir, thus becoming more motivated. They are also sheltered from Western secular humanistic philosophies contradictory to Islam. In fact, these textbooks provide a critical analysis of such philosophies from an Islamic perspective in a language and context suitable to young learners. They also learn to appreciate the subtle differences between meanings of Islamic words like Rahm vs Mercy or Salah vs Prayer. Finally, students learn to use Quranic grammar rules in English to communicate more honestly and effectively. A second innovation of Holistic English is that the lessons can be learnt through interactive modules using a web-friendly super app with a parent, teacher, and student portal. This super app will also include an edutainment platform where young learners can watch trendy social media videos on holistic education.

The majority of Malaysia's non- governmental organisations have created volunteer projects and programmes that involve the local population with the goal of encouraging volunteerism among Malaysians. Unfortunately, a lot of volunteers who take part in those voluntary activities lack the psychological training that is specifically created for volunteers. The purpose of this research is to create a brand-new psychosocial training handbook for volunteers in Malaysia that might improve the psychological and social aspects based on the conventional notion of humanitarian aid. This brand- new training handbook consists of five components involved in encouraging the psychosocial components in volunteers. The sections of this manual are: 1) Volunteer self-preparation, 2) Crisis events and mental health issues, 3) Community-based psychosocial assistance, 4) Psychological support and intervention, and 5) Supporting volunteers and employees. By creating a training manual for the volunteers, this study's result represents a trailblazing endeavour to increase volunteer training abilities among the youth. This training guidebook is anticipated to be a cutting-edge strategy for elevating and enhancing Malaysia's volunteerism.

Prof. Dr. Siti Rozaina Kamsani, Prof. Dr. Jamaludin Mustaffa, Dr. Nabisah Ibrahim, Dr. Nur Qurratul' Aini Ismail *Universiti Utara Malaysia, [email protected] Category: Adult, Community, and Professional Learning Abstract: This study examines an approach to property crime prevention and violence strategies that can be used by enforcement agencies as well as the community to ensure that the crime rate in our country decreases. In addition, the recommendations of the crime safety toolkit are listed to educate the public on the necessary prevention and response during or before the occurrence of crime as one of the crime prevention processes. This study is quantitative using the questionnaire survey method. The sample of this study consists of 300 respondents from communities in the northern areas, including the states of Kedah, Perlis, and Penang. Based on the results of the study, aspects of the strategies that can be used in dealing with property crime and violence nowadays are discussed. PDRM needs to work with the community and other agencies to fight crime. Regarding the action that needs to be taken in the event of a criminal incident, the community must first identify the guests who come to their house before allowing them to enter. The community should then identify the response that will be made if it is found that a crime has occurred to oneself or another person. The main thing that needs to be done at that time is to win oneself during the incident. Therefore, it can be discussed that these findings are very useful to the community as a precautionary measure. To ensure that property and violent crime are reduced, the emphasis on strategies and toolkits is very important to ensure a quality and prosperous life for the present and future generations.

The developmental process of SMART- PUBLISH encompasses three crucial phases. First, Phase 1 involves conducting a needs analysis by engaging with 170 special education teachers situated in the Kuala Kangsar district. Following this, Phase 2 revolves around evaluating the proposed content featured in the SMART- PUBLISH Toolkit, drawing insights from 12 experts proficient in writing, illustration, and self- publishing. Finally, Phase 3 looks into the assessment of the toolkit's usability by involving 30 special education teachers. The toolkit manual book encompasses three principal topics, each offering guidance on utilising the SMART-PUBLISH template for crafting stories, employing the template for illustration purposes, and navigating the intricate process of self-publishing.

Melalui kursus AEN3183 e-Dakwah dan Kempen, pelajar diperkenalkan dengan kaedah pembelajaran dan penilaian keserakanan atau paragogi, yang melibatkan pentaksiran alternatif. Bagi mencapai hasil pembelajaran kursus, kaedah dwiparagogi diperkenalkan dan dilaksanakan dalam dua peringkat. Yang pertama melibatkan pembelajaran dan penilaian keserakanan antara pelajar-pelajar USIM daripada tiga program yang berbeza. Pelajar-pelajar tahun 1, 2 dan 3 daripada Program Komunikasi Media Baharu, Program Pengajian Akidah dan Agama, serta Program Kaunseling bergabung dalam kerja berkumpulan untuk menjayakan satu projek. Pelajar- pelajar tahun tiga Komunikasi Media Baharu bertindak sebagai ketua dan membimbing rakan-rakan daripada Program Pengajian Akidah dan Agama serta Program Kaunseling mengenai kemahiran media digital sebagai persediaan memberikan perkhidmatan kepada komuniti maahad tahfiz dalam menghasilkan produksi digital. Pada akhir semester, semua pelajar melakukan penilaian ke atas ahli kumpulan masing-masing berdasarkan rubrik yang disediakan oleh pensyarah. Penilaian dibuat berdasarkan sumbangan setiap ahli kumpulan sebelum, semasa dan selepas pembelajaran berasaskan khidmat dijalankan. Pendekatan ini menyuntik semangat untuk melakukan segala tugas dengan cemerlang kerana komitmen pelajar dinilai sendiri oleh rakan-rakan dalam kumpulan. Yang kedua, pembelajaran keserakanan juga berlaku di luar kampus antara pelajar USIM dan MATAN yang saling berkongsi ilmu dan kemahiran bidang masing-masing. Pelajar USIM telah memberikan pendedahan tentang platform media digital dan membimbing komuniti tahfiz dalam menyediakan kandungan kreatif dalam bentuk video dan poster. Pemindahan ilmu daripada pelajar maahad kepada pelajar universiti turut berlaku apabila pelajar MATAN telah berkongsi tip menghafaz ayat-ayat al-Quran berkaitan etika media sosial dengan pelajar USIM.

Kanak-kanak autisme yang belum menguasai kemahiran diri akan sukar untuk terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Kajian inovasi ini mengetengahkan strategi permodelan video sebagai alternatif meningkatkan kemahiran pengurusan diri kanak-kanak autisme. Inovasi ini memperincikan latihan kepada ibubapa agar kemahiran ini dapat dilatih daripada persekitaran di rumah. Ibubapa yang mempunyai kanak-kanak autisme berumur 3 hingga 8 tahun dipilih untuk menggunakan kit permodelan video kemahiran pengurusan diri. Kit ini melibatkan garis panduan dan teknik mudah untuk kanak-kanak autisme belajar mengurus diri termasuk dalam latihan di tandas, gosok gigi, mandi, makan, dan pemakaian baju dan seluar. Implikasi kajian dan cadangan kajian lanjutan juga turut dibincangkan.

Mothers or those who just gave birth require appropriate abstinence care and, most importantly, freedom from any pressure or disturbances. The postpartum care process is extremely important because this is when the physical and mental recovery period occur. During this time, the mother is fragile and requires special attention to restore her health to a desirable state. The development of modern medicine and nutrition has contributed to improved and immediate health for mothers after childbirth. In line with the traditional beliefs of the Malay community, Malay women frequently use remedies derived from herbal plants after childbirth to restore health and prevent disease in the mother and child. Although herbs have been used in traditional medicine, their actual use is limited. The herb known as lempoyang (Zingiber zerumbet) is one of the beneficial herbs used. This plant is not well known in modern society because it is rarely grown for commercial purposes. It is said that this herb can treat fatigue and lethargy. Due to this fact, innovative goods using this ingredient have been developed. As it is in ready-to-eat form, this will provide supplementary sustenance for weak mothers. This product has significant commercialisation potential. The preservation of traditional food will continue, and the use of herbs is anticipated to be maximised with these foods. Since 2011, the agriculture industry in Malaysia has been identified as one of the country's new key economic sectors (NKEA). Therefore, CFINE ENERGIZER is one of the initiatives on the market to provide a range of ready-to-eat foods for new mothers.

Aplikasi ini dibangunkan oleh sekumpulan penyelidik yang dikenali sebagai kumpulan Titih Warisan. Inisiatif ini dibuat untuk melestarikan persembahan Teater Tradisional Malaysia supaya tidak pupus ditelan teknologi selain memastikan generasi akan datang masih dapat melihat dan memahami Wayang Kulit Kelantan. Wayang Edu dibina untuk menyokong Prinsip Dasar Kebudayaan Kebangsaan Malaysia (DKK) 1971 yang menyatakan bahawa kebudayaan kebangsaan Malaysia hendaklah berteraskan kebudayaan rakyat asal rantau ini. Tambahan lagi, Wayang Edu turut memenuhi keperluan strategi yang diatur DKK, iaitu pemuliharaan, pemeliharaan dan pembangunan kebudayaan ke arah menguatkan asas kebudayaan kebangsaan melalui penyelidikan, pembangunan, pendidikan, pengembangan dan perhubungan budaya. Selain itu, Wayang Edu juga menyokong misi dasar Kebudayaan Negara (DAKEN) 2021 yang ingin memperkasakan peradaban bangsa dan ketamadunan negara dalam mencapai kemakmuran bersama. Dasar ini mengangkat kelestarian dan pemerkasaan budaya melalui sains dan teknologi bagi memberikan nilai tambah dalam pembangunan sosioekonomi negara. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi interaktif secara audio dan visual dan semua informasi diperoleh bersama pengamal Wayang Kulit Kelantan selain pereka sendiri merupakan pengamal Wayang Kulit Kelantan. Wayang Edu mempunyai lima menu utama, iaitu pendahuluan, Hikayat Seri Rama, watak- watak utama, alat-alat muzik serta bangsal dan peralatan. Keunikan Wayang Edu adalah mesra pengguna, iaitu terdapat suara tukang cerita pada bahagian Hikayat Seri Rama. Selain itu, penerangan alat muzik adalah terperinci dengan visual dan bunyi asal alat muzik ada dimasukkan untuk memberikan gambaran kepada pengguna. Oleh yang demikian, dengan adanya Wayang Edu, Wayang Kulit Kelantan telah bergerak selari dengan arus teknologi untuk menyampaikan ilmu. Selain itu, Wayang Edu juga merupakan satu aplikasi yang berpotensi untuk mempromosikan kesenian dan warisan tradisional negara ke pasaran luar negara dari sudut pelancongan e-budaya dan secara tidak langsung dapat menarik minat pelancong untuk melancong ke Malaysia.

This is due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced a rapid shift towards online learning. Many students have struggled with motivation issues, which can negatively impact their academic performance. Inspired by the movie "Ready Player One", this study investigates the potential of gamification to kindle students' enthusiasm for learning and improve knowledge retention. The study examines the effectiveness of the gamification platform "READY, STUDENT ONE", powered by Google Sheets, on student motivation and learning outcomes. To gain insights, participants completed questionnaires that assessed the impact of gamification on their motivation and learning experiences. The study's findings suggest that gamification leaderboards can significantly increase student engagement and foster a more interactive learning environment. This research provides online instructors and curriculum designers with innovative strategies to enhance teaching and learning using user-friendly platforms.

Wahab*, Siti Nurharlina binti Jaluddin, Amirah binti Ahmad *Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia, [email protected] Category: Innovative Product Abstrak: Proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP) berubah daripada kaedah konvensional iaitu Chalk and Talk kepada pelbagai pendekatan seperti penggunaan teknologi komunikasi. Impak positif teknologi komunikasi memberikan peluang inovasi dalam penghasilan kandungan pembelajaran, khususnya kepada pelajar sekolah. Aplikasi ”Mari Belajar Simpulan Bahasa” ini dapat memberikan maklumat interaktif berkaitan simpulan bahasa yang memfokus kepada penggunaan kata nama am, kata nama khas, kata adjektif dan kata kerja. Pelajar tidak hanya terhad mempelajari simpulan bahasa semata- mata, malah menerusi aplikasi ini, mereka turut didedahkan dengan golongan kata yang terdapat dalam bahasa Melayu. Kandungan pembelajaran seumpama ini secara tidak langsung dapat menarik perhatian pelajar untuk menghubungkaitkan sesuatu topik pembelajaran dalam tatabahasa Melayu dengan elemen simpulan bahasa. Produk aplikasi yang dihasilkan sejajar dengan konsep pengajaran masa kini yang bersifat fleksibel dan mudah diakses serta merupakan indikator utama dalam pembelajaran yang boleh meningkatkan motivasi dalam kalangan murid-murid. Aplikasi ini merupakan suatu inisiatif untuk mengetengahkan elemen multimedia seperti teks, grafik, audio, video dan animasi dalam platform interaktif sesuai dengan kehendak semasa teknologi pendidikan 4.0. Pengajaran dan pembelajaran sebegini adalah sejajar dengan hasrat Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia melalui Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia yang mengutamakan pembelajaran interaktif dan memanfaatkan kemudahan teknologi. Aplikasi ini akan memberikan nilai tambah kepada murid dalam memperkasakan ilmu pengetahuan mereka berkenaan simpulan bahasa berdasarkan golongan kata.

The traditional software development methods and techniques represent a huge proportion of the courses, thus contributing an essential part of software engineering students’ development process. This plandriven development is dependent on a set of predefined phases and ongoing documentation, which is found to be problematic, such as time-consuming, slipped requirements, and complicated processes. The main aim of this paper is to study and review the adoption of Agile Software Methodology and Team Software Process (TSPi) practices in the undergraduate course that focuses on software development. The framework and course plan will be designed to apply and observe the implementation. Furthermore, this study will help gather the teams’ viewpoints regarding the importance of Agile and TSPi practices in handling small projects with real clients.

It often involves integrating modern pedagogical techniques, digital tools, and creative teaching practices to create more engaging and effective learning experiences. To support innovation in education within the business programmes at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) and in collaboration with institutions from other countries, we propose a conceptual model of the Three-Pronged teaching technique with AI to enhance student-centred learning processes. This model was developed to revolutionise student-centred learning by combining elements of game-based, problem-based, and challengebased learning with the overarching goal of preparing business students to tackle complex, unforeseen global and industrial challenges. It promotes an interactive and reliable classroom environment that encourages students to make innovative contributions, collaborate as a team, and participate effectively in the professional world. The proposed innovative teaching model aims to utilise micro-credential platforms with AI support and design a novel pedagogical strategy for UPSI's undergraduate business programmes. In the pilot testing phase, specific instructions were planned for implementation in the Strategic Management course. Undergraduate students participating in this AI-driven approach will receive numerous benefits, including the opportunity to learn about industrial phenomena in the context of 21st-century skills, such as collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and communication. Furthermore, this model has the potential to result in cost savings for higher education institutions. However, organisations must conduct a thorough analysis of the risks associated with AI use and devise a comprehensive plan to maximise opportunities while minimising potential risks.

Oleh yang demikian, inovasi pengajaran transformatif melalui pengaplikasian pembelajaran berasaskan projek ini menjadi antara pendekatan yang digunakan oleh golongan pendidik dalam menyokong transformasi yang dirancang oleh kerajaan Malaysia. Dengan menjadikan Kursus Perakaunan Perniagaan sebagai kursus fokus, inovasi pengajaran transformatif pembelajaran berasaskan projek Penyata Kewangan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menghasilkan Penyata Kewangan yang tepat dan sempurna serta menguasai elemen 4C (Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, & Critical Thinking) dengan baik. Penerapan elemen 4C dititikberatkan dalam projek ini, yang bertujuan membina nilai kebolehpasaran pelajar bermula seawal pemilihan ahli kumpulan oleh setiap pelajar, perbincangan dalam kumpulan, penyelesaian masalah, pembentangan, dan soal jawab. Maka, pelaksanaan kaedah pembelajaran berasaskan projek memerlukan komitmen secara berperingkat bagi menghasilkan sesuatu output. Kaedah ini juga menjadi antara ruang dan peluang untuk pelajar sentiasa bersikap sistematik dalam pengurusan pembelajaran mereka. Rentetan daripada kursus ini yang diambil oleh pelajar yang tiada latar belakang pendidikan berkaitan perakaunan, inovasi pengajaran transformatif berasaskan projek ini dirasakan sesuai kerana menjadi antara kaedah pengajaran aktif yang memerlukan penglibatan pelajar secara keseluruhan dan berperingkat bagi memastikan hasil pembelajaran dapat dicapai sebaik mungkin. Selain itu, perincian berkaitan cabaran dan isu utama yang menggerakkan projek ini sehingga terhasilnya objektif pelaksanaan projek turut dianggap sebagai aspek penting untuk diketengahkan dan disertakan. Manakala, aspek keaslian projek, teori pembelajaran yang mendasari projek,dan pendekatan/ kaedah/ teknik/ strategi yang diterapkan dalam projek ini menjadi panduan kepada terhasilnya perancangan pelaksanaan pengajaran berasaskan projek ini.
