I am Erena, a licensed clinical social worker, certified health coach, and anxiety and complex trauma specialist.  I have dedicated my career to learning and immersing myself in an integrative blend of research driven trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and so much more.

I have a unique and diverse perspective and approach. Twenty-one years of practical and professional experience as an active clinician, teacher, and supervisor coupled with health coach skills and wellness content creation. All of this adds up to my ability to offer advanced training, tools, delivered with zero judgment in a nurturing safe space.

I continue to be directly involved in the work not only by treating clients in my practice but also clinically supervising dozens of clinicians from all walks of life. I am deeply inspired by the work of Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. David Grand, Dr. Judith Beck, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Brene Brown, and so many others.
