MacOS Ventura 13.3 gets restarted after logging in and logging out many users

Most often, these types of Panic are cause by either;

1 - Hardware Failure

2 - Third Party Kernel Extension installed and used on this computer

The first step offered is to >>

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance 

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

Run the computer in Safe Mode for maybe 2 1/2 hours and see of the issue reoccurs

If Not, it maybe be time to find and remove the Third Party Kernel Extension

If Still occurring, it may be time to follow the below >>

Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer

In addition to what P. Phillips said: if things are ok in Safe Mode, please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box. This report is something that we can get useful information from. The panic report says very little to us users, it is more useful for engineers.

This machine is Managed and Using and MDM Service ( JAMF )

On that specific notation, I will withdraw from this question and suggest dealing with the MDM Service JAMF for this and any other Software or Hardware Issues

Managed Computers are out of my Tool Box of personal experience

Believe you me, If we could help we would.

The problem is, the MDM Services actually can have Full Control of both the Hardware and Software on this new machine

So that effectively negates any possible help we could offer

As P. Phillips suggested, since this is a managed machine, you should contact with the person or persons that are in charge of said management in your organization.
