The unique production process, in which 3.5 times as much skimmed milk is used in the base compared to yoghurt and quark, ensures that the product is naturally high in protein, low in fat and sugar. Ingredients: pasteurized skimmed MILK (dk), water, banana puree (10%), CREAM (4%), gelatin, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with lactic acid), modified corn starch, natural flavour, lemon juice concentrate, colorant (caramel) , sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame), lactase, skyr cultures, foaming agent (nitrogen).
