CCR launches exclusive service for general and executive aviation in several airports in Brazil

CCR Aeroportos launched today (25) the project City of Hangars: an innovative initiative, which brings opportunities to the executive aviation at the main airfields managed by the company, with the main objective of offering differentiated and exclusive infrastructure to meet the demand of general aviation e executive aviation.

In line with the company's objective, which is to contribute to socioeconomic development and enhance the vocations of the regions where it operates, CCR Aeroportos presents opportunities for areas to build hangars in 5 airports: 

  • SBGO/GYN – Goiânia, in Goiás
  • SBBH/PLU - Pampulha, in Minas Gerais
  • SBCT/CWB – Afonso Pena, in Paraná
  • SBFI/IGU – Foz do Iguaçu, in Paraná
  • SBJV/JOI – Joinville, in Santa Catarina
  • SBNF/NVT – Navegantes, in Santa Catarina

With the expected delivery of the lots ready for the construction of the hangars in up to 24 months, City of Hangars offers, in each location, basic infrastructure to provide comfort, safety and practicality to customers and the entire executive aviation business chain.

In all, more than 370.000 m² of square meters will be sold for exploration by different types of business: private hangar; aircraft maintenance company hangar; airline MRO; air taxis and aircraft sharing; aeronautical training schools; general aviation passenger terminals, among others. The assignees' projects will necessarily be approved by CCR Aeroportos Engineering.

Infrastructure that will be delivered in all projects
• Earthworks and drainage system; 
• Taxiway access to the hangars (code B or C, depending on the airport);
• Night VFR and IFR, night beaconing and radio assistance
• Water points, sewage, electricity and internet cabling to the entrance of the lot;
• Access road for vehicles – land side;
• Shared access guardhouse.

Joinville Airport (SBJV/JOI)
