BGQQ Qaanaaq Airport

Qaanaaq Airport is an airport located 1.9 NM (3.5 km; 2.2 mi) northwest of Qaanaaq, a settlement in the Qaasuitsup municipality in northern Greenland. It was established in 1991 to serve Qaanaaq and neighboring communities because Thule Air Base in Pituffik is not open for regular passenger traffic. It is the only civilian airport north of Upernavik and is a lifeline for northern Greenland.
Notes: Because there is no terrain coverage in X-Plane above 74 degrees north, you can find the mesh terrain I did with Mesh Tool:

This is an X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 10 scenery package for Ing. Alberto Acuña Ongay International Airport (IATA: CPE, ICAO: MMCP), also known as Campeche International Airport, which is an international airport located in teh city of Campeche, state of Campeche, Mexico. It handles national and international air traffic of the city of Campeche. It's operated by Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares, a federal government-owned corporation.
It includes corrected aprons, ramps, gates, taxiways, lighting system, city buildings, Bay of Campeche offshore Oil Extraction Field, ortho-photoscenery for the airfield area, and (XP11 only) airport ground services (like push back).
In 2016, the airport handled 183,448 passengers, and in 2017 it handled 178,675 passengers. It is one of the main bases to reach the Bay of Campeche offshore Oil Extraction Field. The field is represented in this scenery, with several helipads at your disposal.
This scenery was tested and is operational (as of March 18, 2018) in "X-Plane 11.11 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. It was also tested and is also operational (as of March 18, 2018) in "X-Plane 10.51 64 bit", Windows 10 Home.

EFMI - Mikkeli Airport

Mikkeli Airport is a small, regional airport located in the middle of the lake district in finland. The airport features one runway (11/29) with the dimensions 1702x44 meters.
The airport used to have scheduled flights to Helsinki, but they ended in 2005. Nowadays the airport is mostly used by general aviation, business and emergency flights.

Greater San Antonio

This scenery contains buildings from downtown San Antonio and the greater San Antonio area. These buildings are made with facades and are as close to the actual footprint and height of the real buildings as possible. There are a couple of custom buildings which include the Alamo Dome from the Randolph AFB FSX scenery by James Shaddox, used here with permission, and the Tower of the Americas from the X-Plane Extra Landmark Package by ozuser. There are also many water towers and radio towers by HeadwindH and are included in the file itself. I’ve used towers as close to the height of the real towers as possible.
Also included as a separate download is the San Antonio Overlay Mask. This is an exclusion zone that blocks autogen buildings, facades and trees for those using Forkboy orthos or the VStates orthos, both of which have yOrtho4XP_Overlay files. This will allow the roads, railroads and powerlines to be generated, but not buildings and vegetation which generally do not look good with orthos since they just don’t usually match. The buildings and forests in this file look better without the additional clutter, IMO. This is my personal philosophy regarding autogen with orthos so it is an option here rather than being built in to the scenery file. Those who don’t use orthos are probably not bothered by default autogen anyway.
If you use the overlay mask, it is best to place it just below global airports and above your ortho files in the scenery.ini file. It should not interfere with any custom airports you might have installed in this area or with the stock airports from the gateway.
The MisterX_Library and Open Scenery X are required.

KMDW - Chicago Midway International Airport

I downloaded this airport from the X-Plane gateway scenery originally, but I changed a few things to give the airport a more functional feel to it. What I did was replace the static gates with dynamic ones with the World Editor (WED). I will be replacing the default static gates with autogates at other airports in the future. Please understand that this is not a giant overhaul. I am simply replacing static jetways with dynamic ones. That's it. However, I feel that a little detail can go a long way
All you have to do is unzip the file and place it in your custom scenery folder. The dynamic jetways are explicitly labled as such (ex. Gate B16 Autogate, etc.). You may need Mister X's scenery to run this. OpenScenery X may be useful as well, although I do not recall using those assets in this airport. Obviously, the Autogate plugin will need to be installed for the jetways to work. Due to some file issues I've had with WED, many components of the Autogate development kit are in this airport zip file as well (I have a direct link to it below). Here are links to other plugins and mods that are either required or are very useful.
Also, the other planes you see in the main screenshot are MisterX assets that were placed manually. However, since I do not know which gates you want to use personally, I have deleted those planes in the file you are downloading so you don't spawn on top of a parked plane. If you want to have static planes parked that the jetways as seen in the pictures, then you will need to re-add those assets manually with WED.

Why i call it Beta, because i did try to put my Orthophotos inside to make it more match with the real one. But i not sure it will work on this way for all people so some feedback will be nice and welcome. One Problem sure you will have is that in this area you will not have waves on the river. I did try to fix this with my mask files but it doesn't work. So if anyone can fix it feel free to do so and make an update of it. If you don't like to have the Orthophotos just take out the Terrain Folder and you will get the Scenery without the Orthophotos. Also for people who maybe have Orthopohotos for this Area allready you also can use only the SKAC- Araracuara Folder.
So i hope you like it and can enjoy it on the same way like i do.

KTMB- Tamiami Airport (Miami area)

Hey there! Ive recently noticed the miami gets no freeware love, so Ive taken it apon my self to basically re create the miami area, this includes, downtown, KTMB, KOPF, X51, KHST, KMIA, etc, This is currently V1 of the Tamiami airport, at the moment this includes a custom Signature Flight support building, a custom reliance aviation building, some real GA traffic, a better control tower, some grass along the runway, and more, Ill be releasing orthos soon most likely in the next update! I am also relitvely new to texture models, still trying to figure it out, most likely will update the models and more in coming updates
Tamiami is a little executive airport located in south florida, home of nice weather flight training, and more. Hope you enjoy! Have a nice flight!

This is an X-Plane 11 scenery for Mount Rinjani Airstrip (WXRA) in the Island of Lombok, Indonesia. This is a fictitious airfield, located in a volcano mouth.

Mount Rinjani or Gunung Rinjani is an active volcano in Indonesia on the island of Lombok. Administratively the mountain is in the Regency of North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (Indonesian: Nusa Tenggara Barat). It rises to 3,726 metres (12,224 ft), making it the second highest volcano in Indonesia.
On the top of the volcano is a 6-by-8.5-kilometre (3.7 by 5.3 mi) caldera, which is filled partially by the crater lake known as Segara Anak or Anak Laut (Child of the Sea), due to the color of its water, as blue as the sea (laut). The airfield is located by this lake, which is approximately 2,000 metres (6,600 ft) above sea level and estimated to be about 200 metres (660 ft) deep; the caldera also contains hot springs. Sasak tribe and Hindu people assume the lake and the mount are sacred and some religious activities are occasionally done in the two areas. On 27 September 2016 14:45 WITA Rinjani erupted.
This scenery was tested and is operational (as of January 12, 2017) in "X-Plane 11 Public Beta #5 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. It was also tested and is operational (as of January 12, 2017) in "X-Plane 10.51 64 bit", Windows 10 Home.
This fictitious airfield may serve as a stopover for flights between Java and Papua, for the Susi Air scenery package. This is one of the destinations for "PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation", operating as Susi Air, an Indonesia airlines established in late 2004 by Mrs. Susi Pudjiastuti.
Susi Air is pictured in the 2014 TV mini-series "Worst Place to be a Pilot", that follows the highs and lows in the lives of the young British pilots who work for Susi Air, as they fly and land their planes in some of the most breath-taking, remote and dangerous locations on earth. Orkney and Shetland extras

This update - 22 Feb 2011 - is an improvement to Hoy airport. Hoy was the first of this set of airports that I did, so it was my first attempt at a fictional airport. I got a lot more experience at using Overlay Editor to identify fairly level sites as I worked on the other airports, so I have now moved Hoy to a slightly different location, as well as changing its layout, and I've added a lot of extra surrounding detail too.
If you have already downloaded this package and just want the update, just delete the 'orkney-hoy' folder from your Custom Scenery and replace it with the new 'orkney-hoy' folder from this download. You don't need any of the other folders from the download as the other airports are unchanged. If you haven't previously downloaded the package put all four folders in the Custom Scenery folder, as described in the 'To install the files' section near the end of these notes.

These five extra airports are intended as additions to my earlier airport scenery packages for the Orkney and Shetland Islands (to the north of mainland Scotland). If you don't have these earlier airports and want them they can be found on earlier pages of the scenery downloads. They were posted on the following dates last year: Orkney airports - 8 July, Shetland airports - 16 July, Fair Isle - 15 October.
My airport details tend to be imaginative, rather than authentic, adding more to the airports than is actually there in reality, and with these five new ones I've gone one step further by creating airports that do not actually exist. I think they add quite nicely to the enjoyment of flying around these groups of islands and I hope others will enjoy them in the same way - and not mind too much about the lack of authenticity.
The screenshot showing maps of the two island groups can be saved and used as a guide to the locations. X-Plane will not take you automatically to these airports because they are not 'on the list'. The maps show the new airports in red and also the nearest neighbouring official airports in black. If you leave your plane at one of the new airports when you quit X-Plane you will be at the nearest neighbouring official one when you start X-Plane up again. There are several more 'official' airports around these islands but I have only shown those nearest to the new ones on these maps as a guide to easy location.
To install the files - Unzip the download and this will produce a folder called 'orkney-shetland-extras'. Within this folder there will be four folders for the individual airports (one of these folders includes two airports, thus making five in total). Just place these four folders - not the original 'orkney-shetland-extras' folder - in the X-Plane Custom Scenery folder and away you go!
Many thanks to the creators of Overlay Editor and OpenSceneryX - two brilliant packages from which all these airport layouts and associated extra detail are entirely created.

7S9 Lenhardt Airpark

Lenhardt Airpark (FAA LID: 7S9), is a privately owned, public use airport located 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Hubbard in Marion County, Oregon, USA.
There are two unusual points of interest:
1. The runway runs between two ponds which unfortunately XP10 does not show but you can see the depression in the land where the ponds should be. I played around with several techniques to put the water in there but my talents unfortunately are lacking. I have included a snapshot of the ponds in the photos.
2. There seems to be a school at end of one of the runways which I find weird. If you look at one of the photos I have included you can see it. I did not include the school because I could not find adequate objects.

Since X-Plane ver 11.20, this scenery has been included. There is no need to download it unless there has been an update.
You may now remove it from your Custom Scenery folder. Edmonton/Josephburg Aerodrome, (TC LID: CFB6), is located 0.7 nautical miles (1.3 km; 0.81 mi) north of Josephburg in Strathcona County, Alberta, Canada. Josephburg is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Strathcona County. It is located on Highway 830, 6.5 kilometres (4.0 mi) east of Fort Saskatchewan. It is near Alberta's Industrial Heartland, home to petrochemical industries. Reference:

Personal comments: It is important for these little airports around Alberta's capital be developed in X-Plane for those who enjoy VFR flying around Edmonton. Fortunately, through the work of several other artists, most of these smaller airports are well represented but some, like Josephburg remain mere landing strips, the geographical position, length and heading occasionally incorrect since they were automatically put there in X-Plane years ago and not recently updated.
In the immediate area of Josephburg is of course Edmonton , CYEG, 62 km to the SW and Villeneuve, CZVL even closer directly West. Camrose, CEQ3 is well under 100 km due South. From this series but further out are Lac La Biche, CYLB to the North and the cities of Rocky Mountain House (CYRM), Ponoka (CEH3) and Red Deer (CYQF) to the South.
Runway 08-26 at CFB6 is 4560 ft (1390 m) so take that into consideration if you are taking off from Calgary in a 747! Enjoy your flight.
Installation: Put unzipped folder, Canada_AB_CFB6 in X-Plane, Custom Scenery folder. Restart X-Plane. In X-Plane's Location, type "Josephburg" or "FB6" (Not CFB6). If scenery does not show up, make sure that it is above Global airports and any Mesh Scenery you may be using, in the scenery_packs.ini file. Remember to disable other sceneries of the same airport, if you have any. If the scenery does not look like the pictures, then you must have picked up another scenery in your Custom Scenery folder. If you receive any error messages during loading, please update X-Plane to the latest version. Do not be misled by the tiny size (Less than 30 kb)of the file. This is a LEGO-BRICK scenery and uses the megabytes of art assets already included in your installation of X-Plane. It will compare favourably, at times better, to other (much larger sized) sceneries of this area and will probably exceed your expectations. I believe that in order to enjoy a flight simulator you shouldn’t need to fill up your computer with gigabytes of data or rely on many third party libraries unless of course you fly exclusively in one small area. Important Note: Even though there is no tower at this airport and all traffic is CTAF (Common traffic advisory frequency), I did put in a tower in order to animate AI aircraft. Without it there would be no traffic. In all other details and placement of buildings etc. I have tried to keep this as realistic as possible, artistic license notwithstanding. Note: The version I have submitted for future releases of X-Plane on the Gateway site will only have CTAF frequency but in all other respects, the scenery is identical. I am trying to recreate smaller, often neglected Canadian airports that do not get much TLC in X-Plane (or in any other flight Simulations). I like to be as realistic as possible with the limited library I work with. I do not have the tools to recreate the details that make an airport look as it looks in "real life", for example, the discarded fast food container stuck in the fence; the puddle of oil; the crack in a hut window; the bald patches of grass and a myriad other details that you would see in real life. The photos I download and the satellite maps I use as reference are not always up to date and even if I wanted to painstakingly recreate every actual structure, this is impossible to do with the library I use and still keeping it a LEGO_BRICK airport which I want to do so that it is included in future releases of X-Plane. Therefore, in order to keep my airports as appealing and interesting as possible, I do include trees, where no trees may be at the moment; the odd store and gas station or fuel supply.
Of course, it takes away a little from reality but (strangely enough), this actually adds to the realism in a scenery. Equally Important Please take the time to rate and leave a short comment or constructive criticism so that I'd know I am on the right track with these sceneries. I understand that one normally doesn't return to the download page after you've installed the scenery but try anyway. Comments do motivate scenery designers! Also please report any bugs or problems you come across while using this particular scenery.

Silok (SEKL) - Ecuador

Silok is a private airstrip located in an African Palm tree farm located 2.8 NM SE from La Concordia in the Esmeraldas province, Ecuador.
This airstrip is used for cropdusting of the farm and for nearby farms. It has regular activity. Part to this airfield can be seen while driving through the E20 road (Transversal Norte).

FA40 Hidden Lake Airfield

Hidden Lake, FA40, is a private airfield located 4 miles NE of New Port Richey, Florida, USA. It is located 22 nm NW of KVDF, Tampa Executive. The airport is up against million dollar homes with their driveway going down to the runway. I have used JB_Homes which are put in the object folder so you do not need to download the homes. You are supposed to get permission to land there, but what the heck, just buzz their homes so they know you are there. Watch out for the trees when you are trying to land or take off. LBPR Primorsko Airport, Bulgaria

Primorsko Airport (LBPR) is located around 50km SE from Burgas International Airport near the village of Primorsko (Black Sea coast). Unfortunately it's not included in the standard Navdata by Xplane (it's a quite new airfield) but it is still present in other Custom datas by the usual providers.
Other important airports nearby and reachable by a small GA aircraft are to the north LBWN (Varna) and LRCK (Constanta), to the South all Istanbul area airports, and in Greece LGAL or LGKV.
The runway (910x30m elevation 14ft) is not equipped with lightning system but there is still a small control tower freq. 122.250MHz. The airport coordinates are 42.259072, 27.705394.
The apron has 4 parking places for prop acfts but during the summer season the grass area between the runway and the apron is also available to park.
It's a great small airfield for local training or to be used as DEP/ARR point for your online flying in case you would like to avoid bigger international airports in the area.
The scenery is using standard XP11/10 library as well the OpenSceneryX and flags_world libraries.
I created it for my private use and decided to share it with the community.

AL5 Alexis Creek

A quick scenery for the airstrip at Alexis Creek in BC.
The XP default database shows the strip with a misaligned grass runway, so I decided to correct this and dress it up a bit in the process.
This airstrip is very useful for FSeconomy use (as CAL5 Alexis Lake).

Denizli Çardak Airport (IATA: DNZ, ICAO: LTAY) is an airport located in Çardak, Denizli Province, Turkey. It is the airport serving the Aegan city of Denizli. The airport is operated by the General Directorate of State Airports, as is the case with many other airports in Turkey.
The airport has one paved runway 05/23 (3000x45m). ILS is available runway 23 (110.7 ICRD). Charts are included in the zip file.

This scenery was created with custom made buildings based on real pictures.
Thanks to julian, hbuberci, mahmutyum and WEDbot who put the scenery on the gateway, which was taken for basis.
Installation : put the directory "LTAY Denizli" in your custom scenery directory.
Tested with Simheaven Asia and X Plane 11.55r2. Sky and clouds improvments with X-vision.

This is an X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 10 scenery package for Belo Horizonte's Tancredo Neves/Confins International Airport (IATA: CNF, ICAO: SBCF), formerly called Confins International Airport, is the main airport serving Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Area, in Brazil, located in the adjoining municipality of Confins. Since 2 September 1986 the airport is named after Tancredo de Almeida Neves (1910–1985), President-elect of Brazil. It is operated by BH Airport SA.
It includes corrected aprons, ramps, taxiways, lighting system, the new Terminal 2 building, the RWY 16-34 now extended to 3600m (11811ft), and (XP11 only) ground services (like pushback).
The airport was built by Infraero and inaugurated in 1984. Its purpose was to lessen the congestion at Pampulha Airport, which at the time was operating at 120% of its capacity. It was expected that by 1990, passenger movement at Confins would be nearly 2 million passengers per year. However, it surpassed the 1 million passenger mark only 22 years later. Presently its maximum operational capacity is 22 million passengers per year, and in 2016 it moved over 10 million passenger throughout the year.
This scenery was tested and is operational (as of March 09, 2017) in "X-Plane 11 Public Beta #13 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. It was also tested and is also operational (as of March 09, 2017) in "X-Plane 10.51 64 bit", Windows 10 Home.

EGAD Newtownards

This is airport scenery for EGAD, Newtownards Airport which is located in Northern Ireland, UK. It uses mostly custom objects and default X-Plane 11 libraries so nothing else is required. The custom objects are based on photographs taken on site. The scenery also includes Scrabo Tower and the cranes at Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast. This scenery will fit into default scenery and any photo based scenery.

Muskoka Airport (IATA: YQA, ICAO: CYQA) is located 4 nautical miles (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) south of Muskoka, Ontario, Canada.
The airport is classified as an airport of entry by Nav Canada and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). CBSA officers at this airport can handle general aviation aircraft only, with no more than 15 passengers.
From 1942 to end of World War II, it served as a training facility for the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Known as "Little Norway", it replaced the Toronto Island Airport as their main training base in Canada. The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) used this as an auxiliary airfield to CFB Borden during World War II.

FlyGTA Airlines, which is a Canadian air operator serving southern Ontario and one that provides sightseeing tours over Toronto and Niagara Falls has chartered flights from Muskoka airport to St. Catharines/Niagara and Toronto-Billy Bishop airports. There is also Cargo service to Hamilton, North Bay through Skylink Express from CYQA. So it is a fairly important airport but one that hasn't yet been represented in X-Plane.
Muskoka airport is also known as Little Norway Memorial in commemoration of the Norwegian men and women that trained in Canada during the last World War. Canada has so many WWII airfields, similar to Muskoka Airport and one has to wonder how, without continuous use and subsidies they can continue to operate and serve the local needs. Eventually, I suspect nature will reclaim the land and a lot of history will be lost.
Muskoka airport is at an elevation of 922 ft / 281 m with a single asphalt runway, 18/36 that has a decent length of 6,000 ft or 1,829 m. There is also a much smaller grass runway, 09/27 and this is 2,199 ft (670 m) long. I would suggest a sightseeing morning tour of 5 airports in this series that would take you back to Muskoka airport well before dinner. CYQA-NW-CNK4-S-CYEE-S-CNY3-E-CNA3-NE-CYLS-N-CYQA. Each step is under 60 nm. There are several other airports in this series, CYZR,CYCK,CYQS,CYCE and CYRO which are likewise to be found in this very important region of Ontario.

Installation:
Put unzipped folder, Canada_ON_CYQA in X-Plane, Custom Scenery folder. Restart X-Plane. If scenery does not show up, make sure that it is above Global airports and any Mesh Scenery you may be using, in the scenery_packs.ini file. Remember to disable other sceneries of the same airport, if you have any. If the scenery does not look like the pictures, then you must have picked up another scenery in your Custom Scenery folder.
If you receive any error messages during loading, please update X-Plane to the latest version.
Do not be misled by the tiny size (Less than 30 kb)of the file. This is a LEGO-BRICK scenery and uses the megabytes of art assets already included in your installation of X-Plane. It will compare favourably, at times better, to other (much larger sized) sceneries of this area and will probably exceed your expectations. I believe that in order to enjoy a flight simulator you shouldn’t need to fill up your computer with gigabytes of data or rely on many third party libraries unless of course you fly exclusively in one small area.
Important Note:
Even though there is no tower at this airport and all traffic is CTAF (Common traffic advisory frequency), I did put in a tower in order to animate AI aircraft. Without it there would be no traffic. In all other details and placement of buildings etc. I have tried to keep this as realistic as possible. Note: The version I have submitted for future releases of X-Plane on the Gateway site will only have CTAF frequency but in all other respects, the scenery is identical.
I am trying to recreate smaller, often neglected Canadian airports that do not get much TLC in X-Plane (or in any other flight Simulations). I like to be as realistic as possible with the limited library I work with. I do not have all the tools to recreate the details that make an airport look as it looks in "real life", for example, the discarded fast food container stuck in the fence; the puddle of oil; the crack in a hut window; the bald patches of grass and a myriad other details that you would see in real life. The photos I download and the satellite maps I use as reference are not always up to date and even if I wanted to painstakingly recreate every actual structure, this is impossible to do with the library I use and still keeping it a LEGO_BRICK airport which I want to do so that it is included in future releases of X-Plane. Therefore, in order to keep my airports as appealing and interesting as possible, I may occasionally sacrifice a small amount of geographical accuracy.
Of course, it takes away a little from reality but (strangely enough), this actually adds to the realism in a scenery.

Please take the time to rate and leave a short comment or constructive criticism so that I'd know I am on the right track with these sceneries. I understand that one normally doesn't return to the download page after you've installed the scenery but try anyway. Comments do motivate scenery designers!
