Together with Kumiankka a special version was made for better frame rates, without orthophotos and with standard trees.
The draped polygons of the exclusions are now unchecked so it’s suitable to use winter season scenery.

EFOU Oulu Airport.
Oulu Airport is a nice international airport of the city Oulu near the Arctic Circle. Oulu city is the capital of Northern Finland and is chosen as capital of culture in 2026.
Nearly all the airport buildings are custom made with Blender. You need the SAM plugin installed.

EFOU - Oulu Airport

After hours and hours and hours this is ready to publish.
This airport really needed work, or maker really.
Airport made from scratch.
-SAM jetways at gate 13, 14, 15 and 16.
-Real taxiways, taxilights, runway lights and basic airport stuff done with Finland ATIS.
-New terminal kit terminals.
-Openscenery grass.
So, you need only Openscenery and SAM.
Some things to do:
-Find best grass below the openscenery grass.
-Adjust public parking lot.
-Make taxiway edges nice and add some details to terminal roof and around it.
-Fix wrong objects or adjust them, let me know if you know something that is not right.

EFNU Nummela (Southern Finland, Eastern Europe)

A basic 3D update for EFNU Nummela, a lively general aviation Airport in Southern Finland, located at 40 kilometers west of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (EFHK). You can fly gliders, ultralights, small aircraft, helicopters, RC planes...any kind you like! More Airport info and charts can be found at Lentopaikat.fi: https://lentopaikat.fi/en/nummela-efnu/
I've taken some liberties with runway names, as I wanted to include the glider plane runways too. Therefore the main runway is now 04C/22C, 04R/22L and 04L/22R are for gliders only. At real EFNU there are narrow sections on main runway, too.
The asphalt square on the north side can be used as a helipad, although in reality it is reserved for RC aircraft only. No need for extra libraries, tested with XP 10.50
N.B.! If you have the Helsinki Metropolitan VFR Scenery (https://store.x-plane.org/Helsinki-Metropolitan-VFR-Scenery_p_495.html) you don't probably need my version of EFNU. They both can be used at same time, but there is unfortunately some overlap with the hangars.

EFNS, Savikko (Southern Finland, Eastern Europe)

3D, XP10.50 tested Orthophoto version of EFNS Savikko/Nurmijärvi, a small private airfield just between EFHV Hyvinkää and EFHK Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. As the real world airfield is very simple this scenery doesn't need any extra libraries either. To install unzip the EFNS folder into your X-Plane Custom Scenery folder. Real Savikko information and EFNS LDG chart available here. https://lentopaikat.fi/en/savikko-efns/, There is no ATIS, ATC or Tower, but the CTAF freq (123.150) is included. Designed to be used with Helsinki Metropolitan VFR payware Scenery (https://store.x-plane.org/Helsinki-Metropolitan-VFR-Scenery_p_495.html#tab-4)
In the real world this little grass runway is used mainly by experimental ultralight and RC aircraft, but should be ok for a nimble taildragger or even a Cessna 172. Turnaround area for the rwy 23 included, but in reality you could probably taxi wherever you like as the airstrip is based on an old agricultural field. There are strict noise abatement and other operational restrictions too, but in X-Plane you can act a bit mischievous if you like. Have fun!

EFMI - Mikkeli Airport

Mikkeli Airport is a small, regional airport located in the middle of the lake district in finland. The airport features one runway (11/29) with the dimensions 1702x44 meters.
The airport used to have scheduled flights to Helsinki, but they ended in 2005. Nowadays the airport is mostly used by general aviation, business and emergency flights.
Created for XP 11.50+ with Vulkan rendering
You might experience worse performance by not using vulkan

Hi guys and gals. Due to recent changes in my familysituation I haven't had the time to work on any of my sceneries and I will not have the time for the foreseeable future. Therefore all may sceneries is to be regarded as abandonware. Feel free to use them, remake them and upload new versions if you have the time. All I ask is that you give me some cred in a readme or something like that if you use my scenery as base for a new.

WELCOME TO EFMA MARIEHAMN AIRPORT
EFMA is a small airport at the city of Mariehamn, Åland, an island in the Baltic sea, between Sweden and Finland. Åland is an autonomus, swedishspeaking part of Finland.
The airport consist of one runway, 03/21, one taxiway and an apron and hosts regular flights as well as many GA-flights in the summer.
EFMA for X-plane 10 follows the information in the AIP-documents but they are a bit lacking in terms of taxisigns and ramp-numbering so i had to make som qualified guesses.
The airport are also made with the limitations of the default and OpenScenery objects but is as accurate as possible, and has a complete set of taxiroutes and airportflows.

I made a taxiway, an apron and static airplanes at the apron ( original ),
instead of no taxiway, no apron and no static airplanes by X-Plane.
The layout and setting of the airport taxiway and apron are like the original airfield.
The standard taxiway of X-Plane is not at the original airfield.

EFLA, Lahti-Vesivehmaa (Southern Finland, Päijänne Tavastia region)

Here's my interpretation for the Lahti-Vesivehmaa Airfield, as the X-Plane Gateway version is only 2D and everything is at a bit odd places I think. No need for extra libraries, to install unzip the EFLA_Vesivehmaa folder into your X-Plane Custom Scenery folder. The Tower/Cafe building and Museum hangar etc. are stock X-Plane objects and thus used with artistic licence but I hope one will recognize the similarity with the real layout. At least the runways and taxiways should be positioned correctly. No ATC but ATIS and CTAF frequencies included, 3.5 degree PAPI lights at the runway 25 only just like the real thing. The grass runway 12/30 is only for light aeroplanes and at your own risk! The surrounding forest density rendering settings should be set at "tree hugger level", as the trees and forest are at a close distance everywhere at Vesivehmaa. If taxiway markings seem to be a bit sparse it's only because they are just like that in reality, too.
The Lahti-Vesivehmaa Airfield is an old WW 2 Air Force aerodrome built in 1940 and a busy General Aviation airfield nowadays. There is also a military aircraft museum hangar at the airport with historical Finnish Air Force planes.
Here's a work-in-progress 2D-version for XP v9 with the same runway and taxiways layout as v10 and v11. Hopefully get my libraries and validation sorted out so that I can make a better v9 version.

EFKY Kymi Airfield

This is my first scenery for x-plane 11. I'm still learning to use WED and planning to upload improved version at some point, when I've learned new things.
Kymi airfield is a small GA airfield in South-Eastern Finland. There's a very active gliding club using the airfield in summer. In winter, the airfield is seldom used. There are asphalt pavements at the both ends of the main runway for glider winch launches.
For X-plane 11 only.

EFKY Kymi Airfield

Finland
Kymi airfiels is situated about 20 kilometers north from city of Kotka. The airfield is built during war 1942 for Finnish airforce.
Fighter squadron 34 ,with ME 109 fighters, used it in Kotka air defence against soviet bombers.
Karhula Gliding Club purses now very active gliding on this field, and the towing used is winching.
On airfield is a small Air Museum. The last original in the world and still flying Gloster Gauntlet stays in this museum .

Transparent glider-only runway included, named unofficially 16R/34L. And no, there isn't a F-4 Phantom at the Karhula Flying Club aviation museum but I didn't want to use custom libraries and there aren't any MiG-21s, Drakens, Folland Gnats or Fouga Magister Laminar library objects yet 😉

The city of Kuopio is situated in middle Finland . It is founded in 1775, it is (. largest city of Finland.
The total area of Kuopio is 3740 square kilometers, of which on third is water and half covered by forests.
The largest lake surrounding the city is called Kallavesi. The lenght of the shoreline is as long as 5442 km.
Kuopio airport is mainly used for domestic flight, but also for Holiday flights.
On the airport is also Finnis Airforce Base.

Kuopio Airport (IATA: KUO, ICAO: EFKU) is an airport in Rissala, Siilinjärvi, Finland, about 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Kuopio city centre.
The airport has one paved runway15/33 (2800x60m). ILS is available runway 33 (110.3 MHz). Marhallers are available on stands 1 to 3 provided you installed the SAM library.
This scenery was created with custom made buildings based on real pictures.
Thanks to KatonaPC, tkarkkainen and WEDbot who put the scenery on the gateway, which was taken for basis.
Installation : put the directory "EFKU Kuopio " in your custom scenery directory.
Tested with Simheaven Europe last version and X Plane 11.55r2. Sky and clouds improvments with X-vision.

EFKS Kuusamo Airport

Kuusamo airport in north Finland near Ruka ski area. Domestic traffic and holiday flights from europe.
The runway direction is changed 2 degrees. If you are making ILS aproach runway 12, you need to change ILS data.
- Open x-plane, go to airport, open local map, open edit mode ( right up), select ILS 12 beam, and change lon , lat and heading numbers:

heading 116,78
As closing x-plane , save data.

The Airport situation is in Kruunupyy, about 19 km south from Kokkola and 30 km northeast from Pietarsaari in western part of Finland.. Airport previous name was Kruunupyy airport, but changed 2010 to Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport .
