I did my first solo at this airport. I flew in from KMKE Mitchell Field in Milwaukee after doing a few touch and go's my instructer told to do a full stop. He then got out of the plane and told me to do some touch and go's on my own. I was scared crapless and had no idea he was going to that. But man what an exhilarating feeling that was!
Credit for the FBO building goes to NCK Ward (Nickster) who did an awesome job creating the Saskatchewan scenery.

KCOF - Patrick Airforce Base

This is a package for KCOF, Patrick Airforce Base located in Florida.
Being my first attempt at this, please be kind!
While not 100% accurate, I would like to think it is in the ballpark. Some textures come from Gordon Perry who did a 2007 freeware FS2004 KCOF model.
Please note that I am not certain on all runway markings and the control tower is not accurate (used from another package and honestly I can't recall where! If anyone recognizes, please let me know).
Package includes both active helipads at KCOF, as well as separation between old/inactive taxiways and current ones (especially at night).
Tested on X-Plane 9.45 and requires OpenSceneryX.

RAF Waddington
RAF Waddington is especially for all owners of the Avro Vulcan BMks XH558 and was one of the primary Vulcan bases during the cold war!
This scenery was originally done for Msfs by John Young, who gave me the permission to convert his scenery.

Cochise College Aviation

Cochise College Aviation is located in southeastern Arizona, USA and has been training pilots for nearly 30 years. I got my ratings there, and now you can train there as well in X-Plane. The staff is highly experienced and helpful. Among the benefits of training at Cochise is the variety of aircraft, the variety of training environments of the area, and the variety of instrument approaches available at nearby Bisbee-Douglas and Sierra Vista Municipal/Libby Army Airfield.
This file was created for X-Plane 8.64, however should also run in version 9. Simply unzip the file to the custom scenery folder. Let me know of any issues.

The ICAO code has been updated from 5A5 to 4NC3. UPDATE!! Correcting the new airport code has caused a problem as X-Plane has 4NC3 as Helipad for Alamance County Hospital. So I had to change it back. My Aplogies for any confusion.

NZMC with X-Publish

A couple of guys with Macs have reported getting error messages with my NZMC (and other) sceneries "Scenery may not look right". I have tested these sceneries myself and don't get any errors, but it is possible that because I use Winzip to make the Archive that I could be causing problems for MAc users. Therefore this is a re-upload of NZMC using X-Publish. If people who got problems try this and now find it OK, let me know and I'll re-upload all my sceneries using X-Publish rather than Winzip

Welcome to NZMC, in the shadow of the 12,300 foot Mount Cook or "Aoraki" which means "Cloud Piercer" in the Ngai Tahu dialect of the Maori language.

Single sealed runway 13/31, 1572 metres in length, no lighting;

This is a conversion, with his permission, of the MSFS scenery by Peter Lohr (who is well impressed by FS2Xplane results, by the way!). I've added a couple of Helipads usung WED. The scenery includes what Wikipedia describes as "The settlement of Mount Cook Village (also known as The Hermitage) is a tourist centre and base camp for the mountain. It is 7 km from the end of the Tasman Glacier and 12 km south of Aoraki/Mount Cook's summit. The download includes Peter's documentation and some of his photographs of NZMC and the surrounding area, which shows that it is a lot more barren than the green countryside that X-Plane shows!
Installation. Unzip the file into any temporary directory, open the folders and then place the resultant "_NZMC_Mount Cook" into your X-Plane Custom Scenery folder. Note the underscore at the beginning of the scenery title. I will be doing this with all my New Zealand Sceneries so that they are higher up the priority listing than "Greater Auckland" by Reuben Horsely. For some reason, this scenery interacts with other NZ sceneries such that the others won' Also in your "Rendering" options UNTICK "runways always follow contours".
In order to see the scenery properly, you MUST have OpensceneryX installed in your Custom Scenery folder. This excellent addition is available here: http://www.opensceneryx.com. I recommend updating it regularly to ensure you have all the latest objects.

Quebec Bush Part 3
This is a three part series of Quebec bush airports and water aerodromes. It includes 22 locations all in accordance with the Montreal Area Sectional Chart and Canada Flight Supplement. It will allow for bush flying, one of the major aviation activities in Quebec. All the locations are north of St-Lawrence River and floatplane bases include a land start for ease of positioning in X-Plane if you use an amphibian. X-Plane is not very good at finding water if you use a pure floatplane. To get started, simply release the brakes, get to the water and raise your gears.
