My version of YSTH, St Helens in the northeast of Tasmania, Australia, on Georges Bay
Aerodrome, fishing wharf, marina and a bit of the town of St Helens
The aerodrome has a 1070 m long gravel runway and a regular visitor is the Royal Flying Doctor Service's King Air B200 taking patients to Launceston to the west or south down the coast to Hobart.
The scenery's not 100% accurate as it's made from a variety of scenery libraries and objects from the downloads but it's a reasonable representation of what's there. Thanks to everyone whose libraries and objects I've used.
Many thanks to broberts542129 for his advice on using Overlay Editor & gravel polygon, dkm for making the 3D skateboarder, FlybyGuy for making the skate park ramp, vertical wooden fence and upside down version of his motorboat, Dr Ropeless of ISDG for letting me use some of his objects and chris k for requesting permission from ISDG.
The Madagascar library is used with the kind permission of Jim McNeill at Shade Tree Micro Aviation and Peter Fischer the library's creator. The contents of the library are the combined work of Peter Fischer and Pierre Mogenet.
Check out St Helens township to the west of the aerodrome and the Peron Dunes to the east. Keep a look out for the marine life and a careless boatie in a spot of bother at the entrance to Georges Bay. There's not really a helipad at St Helens waterfront... I added it for a bit of fun for low level touch and goes and hang glider spot landings. I guess you could also use it for a helicopter... Have Fun!
