I have made seaports in Croatia to do a tour on IVAO, because x-plane doesn't have any.
I spent two weeks this summer in Croatia and I simply love it!
It is beautiful with all these islands, bays, mountains 
In this package you will find seaports:
LDSU - Lastovo
LDSL - Korcula
LDSJ - Hvar
LDST - Split/port
LDSR - Split/Resnik
LDRR - Rab
LDPP - Pula
I also added VFR charts for flying online on IVAO (or VATSIM if you prefer).
You will need libraries, like:

I also added LDDP-Ploce which is small airport in industrial part of Neretva river , but made it "greener" than it is in reality
After departure rw19 fly heading 120 for 2 Nm and you will see windsurfers making their jibes in a beautiful bay.
