Libreville is the capital and largest city of Gabon, in western central Africa. The city is a port on the Komo River, near the Gulf of Guinea, and a trade center for a timber region. As of 2013 its census population was 703,904. Leon M'ba International Airport (IATA: LBV, ICAO: FOOL) is the main international airport in the country and was constructed in the 1950s. [Wikipedia]
I lived there for 14 years so I have included a few favorite haunts and the cottage in which I lived from 2010 to 2014, when I left. Camp de Gaulle, the French military base, also features in the scenery. They used to have an open day on May 1 every year but sadly the threat of terrorism has put an end to that.
Port Mole and Point Denis are future projects.
This scenery includes Marginal's ground traffic (plugin included) and his Autogate utility. You need to unzip and install the plugin in your >>resources>>plugins folder. You can fetch it here.

I do have a version for X-Plane 10. And if I have left anything out, let me know in the comments.
The scenery works best with "Runways Follow Terrain Contours" OFF (unchecked) and is tailored for the road network of X-Plane 11.
Edit: The ATC routes have been programmed, but due to the nature of XP A.I. you may get unexpected results
