This is an X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 10 scenery package for Uberaba–Mário de Almeida Franco Airport (IATA: UBA, ICAO: SBUR), which is the airport serving Uberaba, Brazil. It is operated by Infraero.
It includes corrected aprons, ramps, gates, taxiways, lighting system, city buildings, ortho-photoscenery for the airfield area, and (XP11 only) airport ground services (like push back).
On April 14, 1934 , the inaugural flights of the São Paulo / Uberaba route with a stopover in Ribeirão Preto were carried out by VASP with two twin-engine "Monospar ST4" four-seater with three weekly frequencies (2nd, 4th and 6th) The beginning of the activities of the then Aviation Field of Uberaba. The Passenger Terminal was inaugurated in the 50's. But only in 1958, when the City Hall, at the time represented by Mr. Mayor Artur de Mello Teixeira, donated the Aviation Field of Uberaba to the then Ministry of Aeronautics, the field Aviation was raised to Airport with the denomination "Santos Dumont Airport". Airport today is called Uberaba Mário de Almeida Franco Airport in accordance with Federal Law 11.519, of September 14, 2007. In 1980, INFRAERO assumed control and administration of Uberaba airport. From this date on, the modernization of all operational, administrative and security systems began. Among them, the installation of air navigation systems, implementation of control tower, night beacon systems, surface meteorological station, laser tetometro, rotating aerodrome headlight, construction of section fire account with 24 hour operation, remodeling and expansion of the terminal Of passengers in 2008 that increased the operational capacity from 100,000 (one hundred thousand) to 200,000 (two hundred thousand) passengers a year. Airlines and destinations, include:
- Azul Brazilian Airlines to/from => Belo Horizonte-Confins/SBCF, Campinas/SBKP, Uberlandia/SBUL.
This scenery was tested and is operational (as of May 01, 2017) in "X-Plane 11.00 RC #1 64 bit", Windows 10 Home. It was also tested and is also operational (as of May 01, 2017) in "X-Plane 10.51 64 bit", Windows 10 Home.
