The approach end of runway 29 is 70 feet ASL (above sea level) the other end, 2700 feet away is at 375 feet ASL a climb of 300+ feet. The rules for operating out of such runways is pretty straight forward, you land uphill and takeoff downhill regardless of the weather. Once your up to around 60 kts on the downhill takeoff whatever happens don't try to stop, that can be a real throw of the dice. On landing spare the brakes, you want to get to the top.
Koro, which is also the name of the island has one weekly scheduled flight that operates on Saturdays from Nausori near the Fijian capital of Suva, Koro lies to the north East. For the faint hearted there is a ferry. There is little tourism here but there are a couple of places to stay.
Tech Note. To make this work select "runways follow contours" in V10 settings. I have Flattened the runway in NFKD Vinusea so it is no longer a mess in this setting, you will need to download it again. Gau and Moala look good.
