The airport is World Traffic 3 ready. Although Ortho4XP is not required, I highly recommend that you install it to greatly enhance your experience.
Installation instruction for S2-VG Chottogram (VGEG), Bangladesh scenery installation:
Required Libraries
Latest version of following 3rd party libraries are required for the scenery to work properly.
-3D_people_library download from
-ff_library_extended_LOD
- Flags of the World II download
-OpenSceneryX download https://www.opensceneryx.com/
-MisterX_Library download
If these links are outdated, then search on the internet for download site.
Main Installation
Download <filename.zip>
unpack the .zip file you downloaded. Make sure to select “extract here” instead of extracting to a separate folder
Copy both "S2VG VGEG Chittagong" and "S2VG-Library" folders into “X-Plane 11/Custom Scenery”
Start X-Plane.
Note that on scenery_packs.ini both "SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/S2VG VGEG Chittagong/" and "SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/S2VG-Library/" entries needs to be ABOVE "SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Global Airports/" line.
This is the first airport scenery I developed for X-Plane. It is by no means perfect and I would be much obliged if you would point out the flaws so corrective actions can be taken. I dedicate this effort on my part to the Rohingya Refugees - nearly a million of whom have sought asylum in Bangladesh. Anyone who wishes to make a contribution should do so through their nearest UNHCR agency.

This is just the start. Many more finer details and enhancements will be added. VGEG has been a test bed .. and I plan on swiftly creating all VG airports with the same level of detail in the coming months.

What's New in Version 1.2.0
Released
THIS IS AN UPDATED VERSION OF S2VG VGEG Chittagong originally released in June 2019.
Minor changes (as of June 21, 2020):
1. Entry taxiway into the civil aviation apron has been fixed.
2. S2VG-Library has been updated so it is compatible with other S2VG custom scenery.
