Thank you very much. Looks great!

Do you know that there are about 30 double airports in the entire package?

Will that create troubles with X-Plane?

Many thanks for your eagle eye on that. I reviewed it through twice so I'll take a look at your specific examples and update accordingly. I appreciate you bring that to my attention.

Oh, btw, it doesn't really create a problem, it's just untidy.

Regards

Baz

Great work... :)

There are some missing taxiways (textures) from YMML with VOZ and with the AussiePak 1 installed as well, all the taxi/runway lights are missing (from YMML).

Oops... Runway lights are OK but no Taxi/Airport lights

Hi Baz,

Very nice, but VOZ seems to add some oddities. I've only looked at Parafield and Aldinga, however Parafield now has a railway? running across it at anout 50', and Aldinga has gained a wind farm just off the end of one of the runways. There is a windfarm in that general direction but about 20Km further away!

Excellent. Thanks so much. I'll clean up my Eureka package give it to you at some point to include. Seems like the right place to put it.

I also discovered that Cairns airport has disappeared (v9.22). I made myself a work-around using the old Aussiepak. There seems to be plenty of files for Cairns in the Aussiepaks and VOZ, but only the town appears.

Really nice to have Hobart... and others! Well done! :D

Hi Baz,

It also removes all of the trees in the Adelaide Hills. Adelaide International is a bit odd as well?

I have gon back to the old packs for now.

All the best,

Steve

Hi Baz,

Love ya work mate! Vista Australis was/is great freeware scenery and great to see it lives on in x-plane. One correction, one request, and one question please...

Correction - there are two Gabba stadiums showing side by side in Brisbane. They're both slightly different so not sure if it's a duplicate with some other scenery?

Request - the Walter Taylor Bridge is missing from Brisbane near the Indooroopilly shopping centre. The other bridges across the river are modelled really nicely so thought it odd that this classic bridge doesn't make an appearance. (also, what about duplicating the Gateway bridge? There's nearly two of them now :-)

Question - is there any way to alter the autogen scenery so that it creates houses rather than apartment buildings? I fly mostly GA and VFR around Brisbane and all the 4 story New York style apartment buildings seem out of place. I'm sure other Australian cities are the same. I've had a look through the OpensceneryX objects and there seems to be plenty of suitable houses - or doesn't it work like that? (sorry, scenery noob)

Cheers mate,

Stevo

Hi mate. Thanks for providing these files.

I am getting multiple errors that look like:

Failed to find resource 'opensceneryx/objects/buildings/industrial/wind_turbines/large.obj' at ... [searching for multiple folders] )

Looks like AussiePak7, 9 and 10 require objects from the opensceneryx object library. Should I go to opensceneryx.com and install this? How big is this installation?

Or, were these meant to be provided in AussiePak5 ? There are objects with similar but corrupted-looking names in there:

eg.

11d2b409455c852db882ed8a1f56187e-Willy_MG_Hanger_doors.obj

Just one week ago I updated the complete package. Please tell me what packages I have to update again. Thnx for all your work.C.

Always check the update date against each package. The biggest changes as mentioned is the code updates.

Thanks for the comment

Hi,

I've been loving flying around Australia using this scenery for the past year or so. In XP10, when loading Sydney (but not any other airport I've tried), the sim crashes. Any idea what might be the issue?

Thanks!

Hi, last update the AussiPack 7 is wrong in download size...and so it's impossible to open the archive...Have a look at this.
And then: I usually rename packages to fit my scenery_packs.ini settings and order, and I noticed some files are crossed between one package and onother (expecially VOZ). This cause an error in loading some sceneries. If I can suggest you, I think it could be better to make this packages INDIPENDENT one to each other, so there will be no errors in loading them.

Thanks a lot for your work in any case!

Great work mate. However I found it odd that Jandakot (YPJT) was missing as it is one of Australia's busiest GA airports.  Is it possible to include it with the package?

I am also using X-plane 9.70, so please make it compatible with this version.

-Cheers Josh
