RPLL Ninoy Aquino International

Hello everyone, I would like to showcase my latest big project, which is the primary gateway to the Pearl of the Orient.  Yes, I understand that this airport has been worked on before, but I wanted to do my own take on it.  Here's how it looks like so far, I'd say it's about 90-95% complete.  The only thing I need to do now is some very minor refinements.  I'm currently debating to myself whether I should revise the parking lots or add and delete some exclusions, but if you guys like it as is, I'll release it.

Also, I did a validation report on this airport, and it said that there was no problems to be found.  However, when I tried uploading it to the Scenery Gateway, I did get a validation error, and I can't quite figure out what's going on.  I know it's an issue with Runway 13/31, but it's a weird thing that I've never come across before.  I have screenshots of the error if anyone's willing to help me out with this.  With that said, enjoy these screenshots and I welcome your feedback.

Scenery Features:

- All terminals rebuilt using Terminal Kit

- Up-to-date airport layout as of late-2018.

- Ground routes and service trucks

you can take mine anytime :) I remodeled this ( current version on gateway) to reflect the actual airport ( that is a dump imho)

due to lack of time I am afraid I will not have more time to make it better than the current , so please improve what is there by all means

You're welcome, and thank you very much for the feedback Julian!

Alright, now that all validation errors have been sorted out, my scenery is all finished and has been approved!  There's some things that might need a little refinement, but I'm happy with it the way it is.  Come and get it!

Thank you very much for your work! :D

Some suggestions if you plan to improve on this:

1. A taxiway from runway 06-24 is submerged in grass

2. PAPI lights on all the runways

3. Big towers on short final at runway 24 (this seems to be a problem with all RPLL scenery I've tried be it TDG or the default one)

One object needed for all Philippine airports: a chicken.  I remember walking though the international terminal in Manila and hearing a rooster crow! 😁

Seriously, thanks for anyone working on these airports.  Whoever did the airport in Iloilo City made it look great: I recognized it in Xplane right away.

Cheers, Ted

Alright, I checked out the airport in my simulator, and I can see the towers that you've mentioned at the end of Runway 24, so I'll be sure to exclude them in the next update.  However, I'm not so sure about the two other things you mentioned.  It looks fine on my end.  Please include some screenshots so I know exactly what is wrong.

i think some erros come from the boundery of the tile  . as stated above I worked a lot on rppl as well and its not only a difficult airport to work on due to its complexity ( in RL ) as well as being in the middle of PASAY city that is more or less middle of 3rd world country ( took me once 4 hrs to get from SLEX to terminal 1)
