Every Country and Territory Fly-in

I've got just over 100 B737-800 flights under my belt on Project Fly.  A cool feature of Project Fly is the Passport which shows all the countries and territories you've flown a flight in or our of.  My new project is to fly Zibo's 737-800 into every country or territory.  I'm starting in New Zealand because I just downloaded (actually a few months back) Lyndiman's New Zealand Orthos.  I'm going to do my best to get to all the countries, though I'll probably miss a few on my first trek around the globe (especially in the Pacific islands).  I will always fly real flights but sometimes I will change the plane used to 737-800 (since I don't have any other really good commercial airliners besides the default 747.  I also don't know how to fly the 747 yet, haha.)  So I will include the REAL flight information and then if I've altered it by flying under a different airline based on livery availability or plane.
