Hawker77 Posted September 1, 2021 Share Posted September 1, 2021 (edited) I've gotten Steve Mills Whirling Dervish he made back in 2007 working in X-Plane 11.5. I've done some tweaks to the texture map, sounds, and managed to haul around a Mig-15 today using a Sling Load plugin I found here on the website. And with it, you can drop the load and it'll fall to the ground and stay in the sim. As soon as I get his OK (if I do) I'll post the zip file. I really like it because it's so different yet cool. 🙂 Note: It's available now in the helicopter downloads areas. Thanks and a shout out to Steve Mills! Flew from the Army Guard side of KBTV to the Williston Armory. Didn't crash once. I must have done something right. All the way up through Nizke Tatry (Donovaly) to Ruzomberok. Heading towards Poprad, the ,,paddle,, in background is actually a dam, Liptovska Mara... This thing is super stable, hovers so easily, and it does tree top flying with ease. Just not as fast as some of my other helicopters. The average speed tonight was about 105 KTS. Not exactly slow, but it wouldn't keep up with my 407 either.
