the default YBBN for the Gateway was updated, but Laminar still failed to update the default navdata file....if anybody wants, we can post ours here -
That is interesting, we dont have that issue at all, and there are exclusion zones around the bridge, will look into this...just to be clear, which Extra Landmarks package are you referring to?

Respectfully I disagree...we ALWAYS had a statement to say do not redistribute or modify...right from day one...if you are insinuating that I can take someone else's work and re-release it with my name because there is no specific note is like saying I can walk into your house and take what I want because you didn't put a sign anywhere that says not to take stuff... It would be far more useful if you directed your "guidance" to the guilty party and not the ones who spent over a year trying to bring something for the community, don't you think? After all, we trusted the community, we are the ones let down.

We have been made aware two of our airports (YMLT and YBBN) have been "stolen", converted to FS2020 and a user claimed the work all as his own. User @JB Aviation is obviously a member of this forum as he downloaded our scenery and reproduced it without permission. We have filed a report of breach of copyright with the appropriate websites with clear and undeniable proof. Keep an eye on your work, as I believe more people with little morals will attempt to steal your work. Really makes you question why you go through all the hassle.

Thanks but we are not submitting to the Gateway (obviously)....as for third party planning apps, we have had no issues...not many people take the time to open other people's work on WED so we are not really concerned. As for taxi routes, we did not include any nor intended to include any...people are quite good at making their own, and none of us use any as we mostly fly on online networks....so the option is there for whoever wants to create their own. New airport for XP11...YBMK (Mackay Airport) by CDG...situated in the mid north Coast of Sunny Queensland, gateway to the famous Whitsunday Islands. The airport package comes with an Ortho file to attempt to capture the mud flats on approach as well as the sub tropical greenery which is characteristic of the area. Release soon. Cheers, CDG

I don't understand...what assembling of yours is being used? Everything about our airports has been created from scratch....we used SAM where we could. Care to explain?

no thanks, Autogate is very old and doesnt provide some of the features that SAM has....SAM is definitely a better product.

The reason we specified this in the instructions is due to the amount of requests for assistance and what we have seen from users...yours may not be the same as others, and that is fine, but we try to help everyone with their respective different setups.

if you use an XP11 default FMS or XP11 default GPS based system it will not find the new runway. Laminar Research has not yet updated their database. If you use any aircraft with a custom coded FMS or GPS, you will not have this problem as the latest AIRAC adds the runway data. We hope LR will update this soon.

we have a few minor things to update, mostly markings and changes to signage as they differ from the plans we were given. otherwise, we are very happy with the accuracy
