Scenery developer Flightbeam has been quietly working away on new scenery for Prepar3D, both of which have been previously announced. These airports on display are of course Auckland (NZAA) and Toulouse (LFBO). Auckland International Airport is being developed by lead developer Mir from Flightbeam, with LFBO-HD – Toulouse being developed Thomas at Jetstream Designs.
Auckland International Airport (NZAA)
Both previews offer a close-up if what to expect in the terminal modelling and texture work. Whilst the airport is still a work-in-progress, there is a significant amount of detail in all elements of the scenery. From the jetways to the ground clutter of the Air New Zealand ULDs.
Sadly, still no confirmation on a release date, but it’s great to see progress made.
Toulouse Airport (LFBO)
Developed by Jetstream Designs, the team will be publishing their Toulouse Airport under the Flightbeam banner. The new previews are from further afield and showcase more of the apron and general overview of the airport. There is also some nice shots of the air traffic control tower and even an Airbus Beluga tucked away.
Still no release date on Toulouse Airport either, but hopefully it won’t be long until these airports are in our sims.
Flightbeam products can be found via their store here, should you desire to check out any of their past work. They most recently also announced that San Francisco v3 is in development and also released a free update for KIAD – Washington Dulles International Airport.
