At NZKM Fitness we understand how important it is to be mindful of your mental health and the positive effects that exercise can have and we are proud to present the following fundraising event for Gumboot Friday:
Move in March for Mental Health - 25 Days of 25 Reps!
From Wednesday 2nd March to Saturday 27th March complete 25 reps of any exercise you choose! Push ups, Squats, Sit ups, Burpees – or make one up! There are lots of ways to get involved, as an individual, a group or a business.
If you would like to, take a photo and a video and post yourself doing the challenge. Throw out a challenge to someone else to join us - for an extra challenge wear your gumboots! We will have a Special Trophies for the most innovative and inclusive videos for a Business, group or individual
