These parts are located in the southwestern area of today's airport. There is no paved runway yet, the maximum extend of the landing ground is 1,350 m (4,430 feet) and 1,000 m (3,280 feet). 1.5 miles to the northeast is a flashing beacon, which is switched on upon request. The field has a non-directional radio beacon (NDB) with the identification 'SEK' and direction finder. Directly northwest of the field, the narrow-gauge railway from Visby to Hästnes / Väskinde / Tingstäde / Lärbro passes by - which no longer exists today.
