Appears to be about the photo op, with no mention of WestJet customers at all, especially those who had their flight cancelled and travel plans disrupted, as I did, despite being told that the flight wouldn’t be impacted by the labour dispute. In my experience, no meaningful assistance was received from WestJet; was left to book elsewhere as a result. Missing the days when Gold membership meant something.
