Watch: Heated argument breaks out between passengers & Air India staff after flight was delayed by 4 hrs

Passengers of a Mumbai-bound Air India flight and airline staff were involved in a heated argument at Delhi airport on Feb 21. The argument broke out after the flight was delayed by more than four hours. Many passengers were agitated over the delay in the flight departure at Terminal 3. Passengers claimed that they missed their connecting flight due to the delay.
