Angry Bc their tow driver talked my husband into towing it to their yard instead of around the corner to our driveway literally 1/10 th of a mile away , which is where we originally asked them to take it to once they removed it off the median. I literally could of pushed it home . They try to scare you stating insurance won't cover it and we would have to pay upfront which we would of had no problem doing bc later after talking to insurance vo they told me they would have reimbursed us for the tow . And so car then ended up being towed 7 miles away and sitting in their extremely crowded tow yard sitting in huge puddles with the keys in ignition overnight unlocked obviously.
I brought the valet set and f keys to trade it for my key fob set they had ... He told me to just put it in the cup holder and I confirmed with him that I did . When I went to get my belongings out of car that next day I literally couldn't squeeze into the drivers seat to get them therefore beiing in that at a high risk of being banged by anyone opening doors of neighboring vehicles . AND they LOST my keys ! and it was locked apparently when the repair shop tow came to get it .So they offered to "break in " ( which the other tow company who was picking it up refused to let them ,saying it could damage car ) I had to drive a new set to the repair shop when I finally got someone to tow it from there in Boca to a repair shop in delray Beach after 5 days bc it was over a weekend ... I was there on Thursday to sign release but other tow finally came on Monday eve so of course this delayed my car repair to take weeks instead of 2 and cost an extra week of rental car out of my pocket ...
If they would of taken it to my driveway in the first place like we wanted the car dealer would have p/ u the next day from my house that said ps (Wonder why car insurance is so expensive in South Florida ...)

Poor customer service. Receptionist is rude. I called to speak with manager about a service issue and she refused to give me a name and time to call back. Awful! I'll take my business else where. Zero stars!

I would never recommend this place to anyone i was in an accident on 3/31/22 and went to pick up my car the next day and it hasn't even been 24 hours and they were charging me an outrageous price of 359.43 just to get my car out and of course they are going to tell me that if I leave my car there for another day it's going to more money which I don't have. I would never recommend anyone to this place I wish I can time 0 stars. They were charging for all these unnecessary things. If I was aware of there fee I of course wouldn't let them take my car. I am pissed and would highly recommend elsewhere.

Absolutely the best. Prompt and friendly. Adam and Jason both came to our rescue. I highly recommend you call them 1st and don't waste your time on other companies who say they will be there in 30 minutes and 1 1/2 later the driver is still miles away. Not these guys. Andy E

My car was towed to this facility last because of an accident and I had to come this morning to sign release form for my insurance company. I would like to let you know that Mr. London was awesome and such a great person. His customer service was outstanding. He offered us water to drink he was a gentleman. He made this accident matter a little brighter. Thank you

If you are in need of a trustworthy cost efficient great tow truck company.. THEN EMERALD TRANSPORTATION is who you want to go with! MASON and LONDON are absolutely awesome! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the dispatch operator whom was a female and was very friendly who went above and beyond to make sure that not only myself my son and my ESA Rottweiler dog were transported efficiently and safely by not only one tow truck but two! They waited in a timely and long manner and kept us entertained while the second tow truck arrived! I tell you if you want to have a trustworthy tow use EMERALD TRANSPORTATION! I would again again and again trust me!!!

Our H2 broke down (Transmission failure) on Florida turnpike last night at 10:45 pm, on MM65, we called AAA for a tow, they first said it was a 60-90, minute wait, then they called back to tell me theres no flatbed wreckers for at least 4+ hours, to call someone else and AAA would reimburse the call charge, first company I thought of was Emerald towing, being a Retired publix garage Mechanic, they were right on the phone and had a flatbed in route to us in 20 minutes, Robert showed up and had us on the flatbed in no time, took us home and backed our Hummer H2 into a parking spot...

Robert was Very Professional and courteous, if AAA ever tells me they cannot come to us, we will be calling Emerald again....

I dont even want to give 1 star9/11/2022 i was rearended riding my Harley.
9/20 I go there and I was informed by a lady that seemed to run the office that I needed to pay them to get my bike back. Also that if i didn't pay that they would be auctioning my bike on the 5th of Oct. i take pics and leave

10/08/2022 i received a letter stating they sold my Harley fo $50 also included was a lien against me for $1750 for the storage of my bike.
10/26/2022 i go to the tow yard out of curiosity and while passing by i swore i saw my bike. It was my bike, it hadnt been touched. After taking a few more pics i compare them i see the area around my Harley and other bikes also hadnt been touched.
10/26/2022 i go to the office and want to know who bought my Harley for $50. I asked the lady that runs the office "do you remember me? whats up with the Harley? She asked my name pulls it up on her computer and stared at the screen a long time. And in the rudest way possible after realizing someone screwed the pooch. She turned her head not actually looking at me and says "you should have received something in the mail". I tell herIdid and leave pissed!!
10/27/2022 I return to talk to someone up higher up. Like the owner. But wanna see my bike again 1st. I walk over and see that the area where all the bikes had been was now freshly raked and all the other bikes were lined up in a row. Guess what? You guessed it. My Harley is gone now.
I took more pics and left.
I knew that whatever the excuse was would be faulty.
But i have pics (good pics) with dates that prove my story
FACTS 100%

Called for a tow at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on a Friday. I was told it would be an hour and a half. I asked for a call when the driver was on the way as I was not with the vehicle but I could meet them. After three hours and no call, I called back. I was told the driver was on the way so I took an Uber to the vehicle. As soon as I arrived at my vehicle and my Uber pulled away, I get another call saying that they have too many police calls and wouldn't be able to get a driver to me. I rescheduled for the next morning at 8:00 AM. At 8:01 AM I received a voicemail from a woman who does not leave her name but sounds very unhappy. The transcript reads, ""Hi please call Emerald towing 954-917-4747 it's in reference to the call you set up we will be unable to do it thank you..." I return her call at 9:30 in the morning informing her that I was the one that set up the 8 o'clock tow and she says "Yea we're not gonna be able to do that today." Incredibly disappointed.
