I am thankful I chose to give second chances. We had continuous conversations that flowed one to another effortlessly.

Oh no 0Dec 14, 2017Previous reviewThe service I received here was ok, not much customer-client chatter. I do believe its the culture difference. I'm used to going to hair shops where we talk girl talk it up from the entrance to the exit. I read the reviews and was a little leary but decided to go for it anyway. All in all I may go back because they were semi professional and my braids are BEAUTIFUL.

*The space is nasty.
*Children running around screaming or the workers are screaming at them.
* I was told my hair would take 5 hours. It took 8 hours.
*The woman braiding my hair was either screaming at her child or looking at her phone while two strand twisting my hair.
In 8 days the twists around my hair line were slipping out. I called, explained the situation and was told to come in for repair. Once I got there the woman that sits in the door acted as if she had no idea of what I was talking about. Then she tells me she will replace the two that were completely out, but couldn't repair the rest because of Covid 19. If the coronavirus is contagious through hair wouldn't their be a risk either way? Just pointing that out. I was fooled once, but decided not to ever patronize them again. With this long novella I realized that what was most disturbing to me was that I had a bad feeling about this place. If you decide to consider their services.....listen to your spirit. Unfortunately, I did not listen to mine.
Please do not support this establishment. Any monies paid to them is simply a donation to support their claim of professional hair braiding.

They WILL NEVER get my business again and if you are WISE you would not allow her in your head either!!! Please go to the Facebook link below to see pictures.
