"I'm puzzled by the below-average rating for MSO. Perhaps it's connected to the older airport facility. The new facility is excellent, featuring a modern design and providing a fantastic view of Montana's mountain range. TSA lines are incredibly short. Have any of these individuals had experiences at other airports like LAX, which is truly horrendous? I'd prefer if the car rental center were situated within the same facility instead of being in an exterior tent. Perhaps that's something they plan to address in the Phase 2 construction."
