Flying Partners Slovakia Releases Poprad-Tatry Airport

LZTT - Poprad-Tatry Airport is an international airport located near the city of Poprad in Slovakia. Flying Partners Slovakia released an add-on for LZTT - Poprad-Tatry Airport on Flightsim.to. The airport serves as a gateway to the High Tatras, a popular mountain range in the country. It airport has a single runway and handles both domestic and international flights. This add-on brings the airport to life in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, and it offers a highly detailed and realistic representation of the airport.

The add-on is the result of 2.5 months of work and more than 350 working hours. Newly modeled buildings covered with photo textures, custom buildings and hangars of the Poprad airport with detailed textures, custom airplanes and cars, and a lot of custom objects, models, and details for the environment are just a few of the features of the add-on. The creator hand-picked, edited, and fitted 2588 3D objects and created detailed custom ground textures. Countless polygons were used to make the airport look realistic, and the handling vehicles and staff were modified to make the airport look more authentic. Animated vehicles and staff add to the realism of the airport.

The add-on includes a realistic ortho photo map, and complete airport charts are included. The altitude points of the airport, frequencies, taxiways, stands, runways, lights, overall appearance, and much more were created according to the latest AIP SR data, satellite data, by a personal visit to the airport, and also in cooperation with the Chief of Technology & Marketing Officer at the Poprad airport.
