..pls..i briefing ninyo ug maayo na inyong mga staff sa entrance ..explain them well the big difference of parking and pick up ..pilay limit sa pg pick up .kay usually after 3 min.nga wala pa nihawa ang ni park kadiyot mao nay parking ..and parking is more than 3 minutes nga wala pa nihawa ... Dili kay mohatag mo ug ticket dritso nga wa mo kahibawo nga ni lugar lang siya o ni pick up bah.. In my case .. I know sa inyong protocol na pag mo parking naay bayad thats why kaduha nag gawas ko kay that time wala pa nko na received ang number sakong sundoon ..namasin ko basin naa sila so, tuyok akong gihimo .Sa ika tulo nko gawas na received nko ang text sakong sundoon to be nga naa na sila sa may entrance palabas from baggage area so, nisulod nko ug ni atang sa may pagawas mga pasahero then the some guard ni approach nko nga bawal daw didto( kaya ni text ko sakong ka pamilya na naa rako sa parkinganan near tindahan )..I understand ug ni lugar ko sa bakante kaayo nga parkinganan ug while nag maneho pa ko ug lugar nkita nko ang guard sa may entrance padulong nko ug action motunol na sab ug ticket ..nag init ako ulo niya kay dritso cya nitunol ug ticket without asking nga maam naa na imong sundoon kay once molapas ka ani nga limit ..parking na ra ba maam ug naay bayad..? while nangasaba ko niya maoy pag abot sakong mga gisundo ug mo interfere pa gyud cya sa among conversation..mka daot ka sa among supposed to be reunion guard!

Good day everyone. I would like to take this opportunity to say, a million thank you, or maybe, thank you is not enough to one of the employee in Butuan City Airport named Diosdado Dalion. He is the one assigned in the entrance before you can proceed to the departure area. The one who will check your ticket. Kuya, thank you for the help you offered to me. For looking a ride so that I can withdraw money for my terminal fee, for explaining and making me understand in good manners pa din po. You are a good influence to other employees in other airports. Yung mga tao na hindi manloloko porket alam na turista ang kadalasan na pumunta. I hope yung City Government ng Butuan will give you plaque if appreciation. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

The runway is better and a bit longer now. Hence, the landing are smoother now. There are public transport, e.g. AC, vans, taxi, etc. parked just a few meters from the arrival area to take you to the City proper.

it would be good if Butuan Airport Management,will have a uniform colored taxi so that it is easy for those visiting guest to have a ride.Just like in manila they make sure guest are safe riding because they take note(wrote down)plate numbers and the guest destination.it's just a suggestion,thanks..Butuan is nice no traffic and not polluted,hope to see more malls...

The aiport isnt ugly or disgusting its just a fun place to fly into unless its cloudy because there is no eletronic guidance in Butuan. They are upgrading the terminal soon and I cant wait to fly back there. I like the attention you get when you arrive to because they meet you and give everyone an umbrella to walk to the terminal with. I love Butuan and I love the Butuan airport!! You can catch the Jeepney for just a few pesos to anywhere in butuan you are only a few miles from the Inland Resort too.

Hello ! sana mabago na ang Airport sa Butuan kc wala parin nagbago mula noon hanggang ngayon, at sana ung mga tao hindi mahirapan kumuha ng masakyan, tricekel or taxi,, at kung pwede meron mga telephone numbers na ma contact kung kelangan ng sasakyan pagdating ng mga Pasahero,,sana matugunan ito..

hi everyone! welcome to butuan city! yes, the airport is really antiquated, if that is the correct word (if its even a word at all! hehehe), but then again, so is much of Butuan City itself. butuanons pride themselves with being the oldest civilization in the philippines, dating back to the 11th century or earlier. however, i do agree that modernization must land somewhere starting with the Bancasi airport. thank you to those who DONT think butuan's airport is disgusting. for those who do, you would be quite relieved to know that funds had been appropriated for its development, or for the satisfaction of corrupt officials, whichever comes first.... hahaha just kidding! we hope to see Bancasi Airport reborn soon! welcome to butuan city!

I landed at Butuan airport twice in 2007, from the U.S., Even though it's an old airport, I was not at all disgusted with it's appearance, I would say that the runway need's repair, because with both landing's, Had i been a denture wearer they would have ended up in the cockpit (Rough runway) I might be wrong, I don't think local goverment thinks the airport supports enough passenger's year round to warrant a new facility, A new shelter for people waiting for passengers would be a plus, also painting and fixing everything cosmetic would improve it's look's also, cant wait to be there in April 2010, The people of Butuan were awesome from the airport to the friends, I have made there, nice photos too.

Not only is the terminal ugly, there is no taxi service at the airport!!! The arrival section is so ancient, an acacia tree serves as a decent replacement.

The terminal building as well as the whole airport does not look good, it's out of date, it should look modern. Tourists especially foreign might be disgusted how ugly Butuan's airport is. The airport in Dipolog is quite impressive, Butuan airport should be like that in Dipolog City.
