The American Pie actor, 47, is currently navigating a divorce from wife Olivia (née Korenberg). In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, it's revealed that the estranged couple, who listed their date of separation as Oct. 2, 2023, are parents to 3½-year-old daughter Frankie Rose, born in June 2020. Scott is asking for joint legal and physical custody of his little girl, per the documents. The actor's rep has not responded to PEOPLE's request for comment. During the SAG-AFTRA strike in July, a 2022 radio interview with the actor, best known for playing Steve Stifler in 1999's American Pie and its sequels, resurfaced. In it, he alleged he was paid only $8,000 payday for his feature film debut. Scott called it "a lot of money at the time for me." “I think so. I think — yeah, because I remember afterwards I bought a used Thunderbird for like five grand, or maybe six," he said, after the host expressed surprise at his salary. "I was like, 'Oh yeah, baby!’ " “I don’t know what happened to the other $2,000, because then I ended up having to work at the L.A. Zoo," he added. "I was a churro guy. So maybe it was even less than $8,000.”
