W imieniu organizatora z przyjemnością informuję, że dniach 13-16 września 2023 w Świnoujściu oraz Ystad, Lund i Malmö (Szwecja) miała miejsce jubileuszowa ogólnopolska XXX Konferencja Redaktorów Czasopism Akademickich i Portali Uczelnianych. Organizatorem tegorocznej konferencji była Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie, a partnerem wydarzenia firma Polferies. Tematem przewodnim spotkania były wyzwania dla wydawców akademickich w świetle transformacji cyfrowej. Konferencja, jak co roku składała się z części wykładowo-warsztatowej oraz paneli dyskusyjnych i wizyt studyjnych. Pośród prelegentów znalazły się prof. dr hab. Ewa Kołodziejek (Uniwersytet Szczeciński) z wykładem „Nowe, nowsze, najnowsze. O zmianach we współczesnej polszczyźnie stosowanej w publikacjach” i red. Monika Jagielska (Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie) „Nowe spojrzenie na zastosowanie i wykorzystanie grafiki w nowoczesnych gazetach akademickich”. Podczas wydarzenia miałem przyjemność poprowadzić warsztat kreatywny pt. „Kierunki rozwoju wydawnictw akademickich”. W tegorocznej konferencji wzięło udział 42 uczestników z 23 uczelni – przedstawicieli wydawnictw uczelnianych, pracowników działów promocji, rzeczników prasowych i redaktorów periodyków akademickich. Oto lista uczelni, których pracownicy wzięli udział w wydarzeniu: AGH University of Krakow, Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego we Wrocławiu, Calisia University, Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny (Medical University of Gdańsk), Politechnika Gdańska, Uniwersytet Morski w Gdyni, Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, Lublin University of Technology, Uniwersytet Medyczny w Białymstoku, Politechnika Częstochowska, Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie, Politechnika Poznańska, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie, Uniwersytet Papieski Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Lublinie, Uniwersytet Rolniczy im. Hugona Kołłątaja w Krakowie, Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, Uniwersytet Szczeciński, Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, Uniwersytet Warszawski, Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie. Przekrój profilowy uczelni, których przedstawiciele wzięli udział w konferencji był więc w tym roku wyjątkowo szeroki, jednak jak się okazało podczas dyskusji, problemy wydawców czasopism akademickich są często podobne. Miejmy nadzieję, że choć część z wypracowanych podczas wydarzenia pomysłów oraz pozyskanej wiedzy i doświadczeń zostanie wdrożona w codziennej działalności. Kolejna konferencja już za rok.
