Samba Reserve, is a collective mix from Cofinet of natural processed coffees from the Carmo de Minas region in the South of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Grown at altitudes ranging from 1000-1300 masl, our Samba Reserve is carefully crafted using only the ripest cherries, which are sorted using a density sorter to ensure the highest quality beans. The coffee is then sun-dried on patios for three days before being finished in mechanical dryers to achieve the optimal moisture level.

The result is a medium-dark roast coffee with a cupping score of 83, featuring notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and brown spices. And with no artificial flavoring added, you can enjoy the natural flavors and aromas of our mixed varieties of 100% Arabica beans.

So whether you’re starting your day with a hot cup of coffee or savoring it as an afternoon treat, our Samba Reserve is the perfect choice for coffee lovers who want a high-quality, flavorful brew.
