Jericho Rosales nervous about new drama

The actor is excited but nervous about working on the 'epic' love story alongside new leading lady

29 Apr - He may be the one with more experience in acting, but according to Jericho Rosales, he is also as nervous as co-star Arci Muñoz about working in his upcoming comeback drama, "Never Ever Say Goodbye".

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actor, whose last drama was the 2015 "Bridges of Love" alongside Maja Salvador, stated that the fact that the drama was described as an "epic" love story has given him much anxiety.

"It's the word "epic". It gets to you a bit. But of course, it's required," he said.

The actor also likened the drama to the 1980 movie, "Kastilyong Buhangin", starring Lito Lapid and Nora Aunor, adding, "Obviously I'm Lito Lapid and Arci is Nora Aunor."

However, no matter how nervous he is about the upcoming drama, Rosales said that he is excited to be working with his new leading lady.

"It's a fresh partnership, and I have heard good things about her. She seemed like a bubbly person. I am really excited to work with her," he admitted.

To be directed by FM Reyes, "Never Ever Say Goodbye" will also star John Estrada and Gelli de Belen.
