The color table and its application in the game

Here we can see a table that contains color indexes:

The player can choose the color of the sight to his liking.

You need to register the selected index in the console as numbers in the command (cl_crosshair_color "value") so that the sight changes in color:

As you can see, I decided not to bother choosing a color by choosing white.
