Yayasan Sabah

The Yayasan Sabah building is a 30-storey and 122 meters tall cylindrical-shaped building located in the city of Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia. It was built in 1976 by a Japanese company called Mori Building Company. This building was formerly and natively called Yayasan Sabah Tower as it housed the Sabah Foundation (or Yayasan Sabah) to promote education and economic development of the state. While in year 2001, this building was renamed to Menara Tun Mustapha or Tun Mustapha Tower to honour a former state's chief minister. (Source: Wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org])

This building became a popular tourist attraction in the city (probably because of its unique design). There is also a revolving floor in the middle of the building which used to be a restaurant for visitors. Secondly, there is also a theater beside the cylindrical building in which events were organised there. Besides that, this building is just an ordinary office building.

This asset is my first creation using Blender and Gimp with the purpose for my (in-game) city. Hence, it should work with the latest game version (Roads&Vehicles Free Update 2022) and without any dependency (i.e. no mods, assets and DLCs).
