UTEP Men’s Golf Releases 2023-24 Schedule

EL PASO, Texas – UTEP Head Coach Aaron Puetz announced the 2023-24 men's golf schedule on Friday featuring tournaments in Cancun and Hawai'i.

The fall slate will commence on Sept. 4-5 when the Miners compete at the GolfWeek Collegiate Kickoff hosted by Missouri at Dalhousie Golf Club in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

On Sept. 25-26, UTEP will make its annual return to the William H. Tucker Intercollege hosted by New Mexico at UNM Championship Course in Albuquerque.

The Miners will take the course at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational hosted by Colorado on Oct. 2-3 at Colorado National Golf Club in Boulder. UTEP placed sixth out of 16 teams at last year's tournament.

Up next will be the Little Rock Invitational hosted by Little Rock on Oct. 16-17 at Chenal Country Club – Founders in Little Rock, Ark. At last season's Invitational, the Miners penciled in their best finish of the season with a third-place showing out of 16 teams.

The fall season will conclude at The Clerico hosted by Oral Roberts at Cedar Ridge Country Club
In Broken Arrow, Okla., on Oct. 23-24.

The spring slate will begin down south at the Los Vaqueros Intercollegiate hosted by UTRGV at Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club in Cancun, Mexico, on Feb. 5-7.

The Miners will then head to the John Burn Intercollegiate hosted by Hawai'i at Ocean Course at Hokuala in Kauai, Hawai'i, on Feb. 15-17.

After about three weeks off from competition, UTEP will return to action at The Arizona Thunderbirds Intercollegiate hosted by Arizona at Tucson Country Club on March 18-19.

The Duck be played on March 25-26 hosted by Oregon at Eugene Country Club. The Miners placed tied fifth out of 15 teams at last year's event.

UTEP will compete at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate hosted by Wyoming at AK-Chin Southern Dunes in Phoenix on April 1-2.

The regular season will wrap up at the Gaucho Invitational hosted by UC Santa Barbara at Sandpiper Golf Club in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The 2024 Conference USA Championship will be played on April 22-5 at Texarkana Country Club in Texarkana, Ark. NCAA Regionals are May 13-15 at a location TBD, while the NCAA Championships are May 24-29 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
