    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 43-48024.

    New construction number, 25285, assigned to the airframe.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n KG741 as a Dakota III.

    7 May 1946

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was a military flight. The accident occurred at Desborough RAF Station (United Kingdom) while landing. Narrative: The main landing gear sustained damage when the airplane undershot the runway at Desborough. A belly landing was made.

The accident occurred at 0,5 km (0. 3 mls) SW of Sachigo Lake Airport, ON (ZPB) (Canada) while on approach. Narrative: The Basler BT-67 aircraft operated by North Star Air, collided with terrain approximately 500 metres southwest of the threshold of runway 10 of Sachigo Lake Airport, Ontario, Canada. The aircraft came to rest in trees...
