This aircraft was built as C-47A 42-24391 and delivered to USAAF on 9/15/43. Assigned to U.S.12th A.F. Became surplus on 4/1/46. On 8/2/49 it became F-BEIG with SGACC in France and possibly also used by Air France.
Landing at Ostend while on delivery to the Isreali Air Force. Therefor the roundels are taped over and a civie 'N8011N' reg has been temporary applied.
