Vienna International Airport, located in Schwechat, approximately 18 kilometers southeast of Vienna’s city center, is Austria’s largest airport. This prominent aviation facility plays a pivotal role as a hub for numerous airlines, notably Austrian Airlines. Boasting four terminals and two runways, Vienna International Airport has the capability to accommodate wide-body aircraft, including the Airbus A380.

The airport’s extensive route network links Vienna with a multitude of destinations across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. It stands out as a favored gateway for travelers bound for Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Middle East.
