    New phone write up indicates T-Mobile system compatible.
    Took phone to local office to activate. they took the chip from my currently active on system I_Phone and which had previously been in an Android and had worked in both. On turning the RCA Reno on the Agent indicated "this phone will not work on T-Mobile system' but then tried several actions to see if he could get it to do so, All attempts failed and he indicated I needed a different phone.
