It is well maintained, comfortable and clean, breakfast each morning on the roof terrace was delightful. But, what makes this place is Joseph: charming, helpful, always happy to stop and chat. He leaves you with the feeling that he is genuinely interested in you and loves running his establishment.

The pod cochin homestay was like home for us. We stayed there for a total of 7 days. They have a common kitchen space which is fully equipped. They also provide drinking water supply. Joseph and his wife are really kind people and we felt very safe and relaxed staying there. There is nothing bad about this homestay. We would stay there again. :)

Super new and clean homestay with cold ac and hot water. Good spot just ten mins walk from the water but away from the main throng. There's even a small kitchen where you can make tea or coffee, highly recommend! The host was also very helpful and despite booking 30mins before we arrived, we were checked straight in, and he let us have a later check out too with no issues.

One of the best experiences ever i felt in a home stay. The host and his entire family include his wife and son, they are very friendly and lovable people. They will guide you how and when u go to the destination. Its newly built property exterior and interiors are good. We can park our vehicle in the property itself. They are providing welcome drinks at the time of arrival, breakfast is also available. It's complementary but I don't think it's cheap. They include non veg and tea also in that The host and the family are there 24x7 and they are just away from a calling bell. They don't think it's a business, it's just a passion for them. If you want a four star style stay in a affordable budget, no need for any second think directly u can take Mali home stay We will again visit there soon

Probably one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had so far. Coming here feels like coming to a home. The owner is just an absolutely incredible person who will make sure you have the best stay depending on your desires and he will be able to help you with pretty much anything! He brought me coffee every morning and was continuously making sure I was having a good time. I was there during my birthday and I couldn’t have felt more taken care of. The owner had bought a beautiful cake and made the other guests come sing for me together with himself and his family, as well as having a birthday dinner at a restaurant together with everyone in the evening. A friend of him who was also staying at the hostel cooked an amazing lunch for us. Can’t even describe how grateful I was for all the celebrations and him being so considerate! The location is great, near the main streets as well as the ferry. Facilities are new and fresh with nice A/C in the rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice kitchen and common area and it has a rooftop where one can do yoga, meditate, dance (there’s a speaker even), or just chill with other people in the couches. The owner also knows all the best tips and tricks around the area, as well as of Kerala, and will be happy to share! He even helped me figure out my continuing travels over the phone after I had left the hostel! Very happy I came here.
