This petition is deeply personal to me. The treatment of Denise Huskins by FBI agent David Sesma and Vallejo Police Sergeant Mat Mustard was nothing short of appalling. Their failure to protect Denise, Aaron, and the public at large is a gross dereliction of duty that cannot be ignored.

Sergeant Mustard's comments about victims of sexual assault are not only offensive but also completely unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone law enforcement. His words have caused deep hurt and outrage among many who have heard them. Despite this egregious behavior, he has faced no consequences; instead, he has been rewarded.

Their lackadaisical approach to their duties allowed Mat Muller to continue victimizing innocent citizens without fear of reprisal or justice. This negligence has resulted in immeasurable harm and trauma for those affected.

We demand accountability for these actions from those who are supposed to uphold the law and protect our communities. We call on relevant authorities to remove both Agent Sesma and Sergeant Mustard from their positions immediately due to their demonstrated incompetence and insensitivity.
