Choose and download the file you need in green or pink and the following sizes:
- 8.5" x 11" High resolution (300dpi) pdf is US letter size
- 8.3" x 11.7" (or 210 x 297 mm) High resolution (300dpi) pdf is A4 size
- 5.8" x 8.3" (or 148.5 x 210 mm) High resolution (300dpi) pdf is A5 size (the A5 in both colors are in a separate zipped folder, just double click to open and access the files for download)
Print on standard paper. Choose the best color options on your printer if possible, but you can print in black and white, if preferred. Open the download on a computer, rather than phone and send to print (unless you have a direct print option from your phone).
