5 out of 5 starsI was sent the wrong holster which does not match the picture as shown. I sent her a picture what was sent to me. My gun has a safety and the one sent does not accommodate it. The one sent is flat and gets hung up on the safety. Originally she didn't even offer to send the correct replacement so I mentioned if she normally drops customers like that. My response from her was how great her reviews are. I bought this item on 10/9 and it is now 10/19. I sent it back with her USPS return label. USPS was supposed to delivery it to her yesterday but now they updated it to running late and no date. This is wrong that I have to wait any longer for her error considering proof of tracking AND my picture. What kills me is she does not trust me me but I trusted her with my credit card to send the correct item and now I am the one penalized.

Our shop policy clearly states that refunds and replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and in same new condition. The seller shipped on 10/15 and as of today, 10/19, still in transit. We have quickly addressed each concern from the buyer and will process the refund once the return is received.
